2002 Hoetjip
2002횟집 Hoetjip means a raw-fish restaurant; none of the posts explain the number 2002 (one listicle jokes it reads like the actor Lee Cheon-hee's name).

A market raw-fish house inside Ttukdo Market in Seongsu-dong. In winter people come for yellowtail: small 60,000, medium 80,000, large 100,000 won, with mussel soup, steamed shellfish and corn cheese set down free alongside. We read 26 posts dated April 2025 to October 2026. Ten were about other places and were caught only by the number 2002 in a date or blog ID, so we set them aside. Eight describe actually eating here (November 2025 to July 2026), and six of those had yellowtail. All eight checked in at 29 Seongsu-iro, while the registered address is 97-9 Seongdeokjeong-gil.

What sets it apart
- Free starters arrive before the fish. Two posts list them: one got steamed scallops, mussel soup and corn cheese, the other steamed cockles, mussel soup and corn. The first says you can finish a bottle before the yellowtail even comes; the second found the cockles a bit fishy but loved the mussel soup.
- One post gives a wait time: on a Saturday evening in November 2025 they were first in line and still stood about 40 minutes. You don't leave a phone number; you just wait outside, and people who came later wrote their names at the counter. The post adds that the owner couple runs it alone, so it isn't fast. Another post stopped by around 3 p.m. to say they would be back at 5:30, and suggests calling ahead if you're worried.
- Five posts say who they went with: three with friends, one with a fiancé, one after dinner with coworkers. Several describe it as a drinking night out.
- Two posts are repeat visits. One says they already went back. The other, a long-time occasional regular, wrote in July 2026 that the 30,000-won squid came machine-sliced and the seafood ramyeon wasn't what it used to be, and that they probably won't return. That is one person's view, so we don't call it a change.
2 more
- Two posts give the same yellowtail prices: 60,000, 80,000 and 100,000 won by size. One calls it about average and says the small was the right amount for two. Squid sashimi was 30,000 won in a July 2026 post.
- Two posts give the same phone number, 02-463-0931, and both suggest calling ahead to check whether yellowtail is left or whether there's a wait. Two other posts ended up here because their first-choice place had sold out of yellowtail, so supply can run out late in the evening.

Getting inside

|---|---|
| Separate restrooms | 1 of 6 posts |
No post says from experience what floor it's on; the '1st floor' in the address is just the registration.
No post says whether there's a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That doesn't mean there isn't access; nobody wrote about it. The toilet is the market's, outside the restaurant.
There is no toilet inside the restaurant. One post covered it: you use the nearby market toilet, which it says is separated by sex and clean.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 14 posts we gathered, 8 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- There are two addresses. All eight visitors checked in at 29 Seongsu-iro; our registered address is 97-9 Seongdeokjeong-gil. One post says the place has a main hall and an annex and they were seated in the annex, so the registered address may be the annex. A '2002 Hoetjip' also appears in closure lists from August and September 2025 and in new-listing roundups from October 2025 and September to October 2026; we couldn't open those to confirm it's this one. People kept eating at 29 Seongsu-iro through July 2026.
- No post gives opening hours. One guesses closing is around 10:30 p.m. but isn't sure, and no post mentions a closing day.
- No visitor says how they got there by subway or bus. The '754 m from exit 3 of Seongsu Station' line appears only in a copied place listing, so we don't rely on it.
