- The kitchen is open. Twelve posts said you can watch the cooking; the bar seats face the kitchen or the window. One post said sitting at the bar puts the pizza-making right in front of you, another that the fully visible kitchen was kept clean.
- Ten posts called it quiet. One said you can't hear the next table; another said even a party of four beside them on a Saturday evening kept to low conversation. Most put it down to the lane being off the busy streets.
- Seating is split between bar seats (facing the kitchen or the window) and tables for two and four. Seventeen posts described the seating, fifteen of them noting both bar and tables. Six said the room is not large, one put capacity at 16, and two found the two-person tables small once several dishes arrived.

- It is a walk from the subway. Eight posts said it is easy on foot, timing it at 8 and 8 minutes from Seoul Forest station and about 10 from Ttukseom or Seoul Forest. One post called the distance from the station its only drawback. One said there is no sign; look for the doorway lined with wine bottles.

Of the 27 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opening hours split in late August. Seven posts from 21-24 August list 17:00 opening Tuesday to Friday and 10:30 on weekends; six posts from 27 August on list 11:30 opening Tuesday to Sunday with a 15:00-17:00 weekend break (one 18 August post also says 11:30). All are copied listings. Closing at 23:30 and Monday closure agree (thirteen posts list Mondays off). One post visited at 1 pm on a February weekday and another went for a work lunch in May. Check before you go.
- One post said prices are reasonable and none called them high. The truffle anchovy pasta was 22,000 won in four posts through August and 23,000 won in one post on 15 September. Two posts gave a bill for two: 72,000 won for three plates, and just over 60,000 for two plates and two glasses. One post put corkage at 20,000 won a bottle.
- The menu changes with the seasons. Posts from June and 18 August ate the abalone pasta and spinach ragu orecchiette; by 21 August both were unavailable, a 23 August post said they were gone for now, and the September menu list does not include them.
- One post disclosed a small voucher, one said it was invited, two said they paid themselves, and the other 24 say nothing. Twenty posts landed in one month (18 August to 19 September), and several paraphrase the same shop blurb about special food from familiar ingredients.
- One post says it heard the restaurant used to be in Gwangju, Gyeonggi; that is hearsay and we did not count it. Every post we read is at the current address.
- No post reported waiting. One got straight in on a rainy day but still advised booking; another found the room empty on a Sunday evening. One found it nearly full at 1 pm on a weekday, another saw only one or two free tables at 7 pm on a Saturday. Bookings go through Naver or CatchTable; one post booked the same day, three hours ahead, on a Sunday.
