You climb stairs to get in. Eight posts say they went up to the second floor, four mention the staircase itself, and one warns to mind your head — a boyfriend hit the ceiling. Another found phone signal weak upstairs and kept stepping down to the ground floor.
We don't know if there's a way up besides the stairs; no post mentions a lift, a step at the door, or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller.
Only one post mentions the restroom: inside the café, shared by men and women, and clean.

- Opening hours: eight of eleven posts give 12:00-22:00, mostly copied from the map listing; one says it closes at 21:30 and two say it opens at 10:00. No post mentions a day off.
