Tukatsu is a handmade cutlet house on the second floor, three to five minutes' walk from Ttukseom station. As the name says, you pick two cutlets for one price, and it serves both the Japanese style and the older Korean style with sauce poured over.

What sets it apart
- Many posts say it is not greasy, and they give the same reason. A heap of spring onion and corn on the old-style cutlet, plus a chilli sauce served on the side. This reads less like personal taste than like a device the kitchen built in, noticed independently by different people.
- One sentence recurs unusually often: that the meat is trimmed, aged and tenderised in-house every day. The wording differs post to post, so it is not copy-paste. A few writers mark it as something they were told; for the rest the posts do not let us tell whether the writer saw the kitchen or read the notice on the wall. Safest to read it as the shop's claim, relayed.
