Ttukdo Salon is a wine bar and dining pub on the lower ground floor of 46 Achasan-ro, one to three minutes from exit 5 at Ttukseom. You go down a flight of stairs in the building beside the kimbap shop. It opens at five and closes at midnight, last orders at eleven, shut every Sunday. Wine, highballs, draught beer and whisky, with pasta and pizza alongside, and nothing is cooked until you order it. A 200-inch screen shows the football and the baseball — which is why the room is booked out for parties and seats over fifty. Dogs are welcome. There is no parking; people use the public car park nearby. We read thirty posts, from April 2023 to September 2026.

  **The name says salon, and twenty-six posts talk about the wine.** There is a bar with the bottles ranged along the wall, and one writer notes that **the prices and what to eat with them are written up the stairwell on the way down** — you read the list as you descend. One finds the prices kind, another puts "good-value wine bar" in the title. One mentions you can leave a bottle. **Corkage is charged**, by one account.

  One post gives **₩27,000 by the glass**, another **₩52,000 for a bottle** (a Long Barn merlot). With only two figures we cannot describe the range.

  **After the wine, the highballs — twenty-five posts.** One lists them: passionfruit, pink grapefruit, lemon, Earl Grey, "and plenty more." A writer taken with the peach one went and bought the base at the supermarket to make it at home. Two give the range of highballs as a reason to come.

  **The draught deal is what this place advertises** — three posts record **buy three Asahi, get one free**, and one simply notices a 3+1 running. Separately, two report a free glass for writing a review (see the caveat). One puts "the draught here is the real thing" in the title.

  **Not only a drinking place — you can eat here.** Two call the whelk-broth pasta the signature, and one reports **asking for extra noodles because there was too much good sauce to waste** — the same writer who adds that she has no connection to the owner and paid her own way. Two note that **nothing is cooked until you order it.**

  **A wine bar that serves tteokbokki and instant noodles.** One writer liked the broth tteokbokki but insists, in capitals, that the pasta is the thing. Another records **Chapagetti tossed in truffle oil** — at the same price as a highball, which tells you this is a room for a casual drink.

Parking

3 posts say you cannot park. None say you can.

There is no parking. Seven posts say so, most of them in a copied line. Two came by car and both used a public car park: "driving is awkward here — park in the municipal lot and walk," "the car park is the public one." One names the culture-centre lot, paid. Several put the station a minute away, so the train is the better answer.

Naver Map has a full English mode — Settings → Language → English. In Korea it gives better walking and transit directions than Google Maps.

Getting inside

No post says whether a wheelchair or a pushchair can get in — the words do not appear anywhere in the thirty posts. But here we cannot quite claim to know nothing: it is on the lower ground floor, two writers warn separately that the stairs are steep, and the lavatory is above them (see the caveat above). Nobody mentions a lift either. We do not state that access is impossible — nobody checked. But if it matters, ring and ask (0507-1388-1442).

When the posts appeared

What we do not know

• The stairs are steep, and two writers warn about it separately. "Careful on the way down — it's on the lower ground floor and the steps are properly steep, so if you've had a few, mind you don't go over." "Steep stairs; watch yourself." A third simply says to go down carefully. That this is a drinking place is what gives the warning its weight — you come down sober and go up otherwise. The lavatory is up a flight too: one writer finds even the stairs to it photogenic. Fifteen posts place the room on the lower ground floor. No post says anything about a wheelchair or a pushchair — though here we know a little more than nothing: there is one steep flight, and the lavatory is above it.
• The 200-inch screen is why people choose this place. Sixteen posts mention it, and ten say what was on: baseball, football, films. "A big screen along one wall with a romance playing" — Sex and the City, in one case — and admiration for how sharp the projector is. It gets booked out: over fifty seats, good for a work dinner or an event, and one writer's friend wanted to hold her wedding after-party here. A karaoke machine comes with the room, says one; you can request a song, says another. One post records abandoning a queue next door and coming here for the baseball instead, noting that hardly anywhere in Seongsu shows the match.
• The hours have not moved in three and a half years — but a private booking closes the door. Twenty posts give 17:00–24:00, fourteen give last orders at eleven, seventeen say closed Sunday. Those who write "every day" also write "closed Sunday," so it is really Monday to Saturday. One writer adds the thing to know: ring first to check the closing days and whether the room is booked. Private parties are frequent enough that the hours can be right and the room still unavailable (0507-1388-1442). One of the newest posts puts closing at 2am while another, three days later, says midnight; we cannot tell which is current.
• Two posts are sponsored and both say so sideways. One carries nothing in the body and a lone `#sponsored` hashtag at the very end; the other manages only "I was lucky enough to be able to visit" — no mention of sponsorship, but that is what it reads as. Three say they paid, one of them flatly: I have no connection to the owner and I paid. The free drink for writing a review is not sponsorship — a glass of Asahi or a highball for a Naver, Instagram, Facebook or Google review is open to anyone, so it is counted separately. Three record the other deal: buy three Asahi, get one free.
