TiCo is a sandwich counter in a single unit on the ground floor of an apartment arcade, a few minutes' walk from Ttukseom station. It bills itself as Korea's first offal sandwich shop, putting beef and pork innards into a baguette after Florence's lampredotto and Palermo's pani ca' meusa. The owner is a fiction — Matteo Kim, an Italian who loves Korea — and the writing about the place begins when tvN's Sixth Sense: City Tour 2 aired in October 2025.   Only one writer actually got one, and says it is not the tiramisu you find everywhere. The other two note the offer and plan to come back for it. **Which also means some of what we read was written by people who had been given something**

Parking

7 posts say you can park; 2 say you cannot. We leave the disagreement standing rather than picking a side.

Some say you can park, some say you cannot. One points to a shared residents' car park immediately to the right of the shop; others add that it holds very few cars, or that it is unclear whether outsiders may use it. One writer puts the nearby public car park at ₩900 per half hour and calls that as good as free; another says there is no public car park around here and tells you to take the subway. One warns that past weekend lunchtime there is nowhere left.

No one says whether you can get in with a wheelchair or a pushchair. Several record that it is on the ground floor of an apartment arcade, but not one mentions a threshold, a door width or a ramp. Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 27 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

When the posts appeared

What we do not know

• One post says the door was shut in April 2026. On 21 April a writer describes going back with a friend who had enjoyed it, finding the shop not trading, and learning that business had been suspended for the time being. No reason is given. The latest account of an actual visit we read is from 8 April, and there is nothing after it. Whether it has reopened we could not confirm — check before you go.
• The evening service went away. Posts from November 2025 almost all give 8.30pm, last orders 8.10, closed Mondays. From late December the same shop closes at 5.30 with last orders at 5.10, and one writer complains outright that you can no longer eat there in the evening. The rest day disagrees too: most say Monday, but one post from March 2026 says Sunday. Which holds now, we could not confirm.
• Where the toilet is, the posts disagree. Two say there are separate men's and women's rooms, but both are copying the shop's listing. A writer who actually went says it is outside the shop: through a church entrance, a keypad code, up to a half-landing. Inside or outside, we could not settle.
• There is only the one floor. Several posts copy out the address — unit 102, ground floor of building Ga — and none describe an upstairs or a basement, nor any stairs climbed or descended. Picture a single room with two long tables and a scatter of small ones; whether there is a step at the door, as above, nobody says.
• Not one post discloses sponsorship. Three say they paid for themselves; the other twenty-four say nothing either way, and saying nothing is not the same as taking nothing. Three do mention a tiramisu given for posting a Naver or Google review, and one of them ate it, so some of this was written by people who had received something. A handful of posts from the same stretch of days also repeat the same marketing phrase through title and body without any disclosure attached.
