SLB Salad's Seoulsup branch sells salads and poke bowls on the ground floor of a residential complex, five minutes from exit 1 at Ttukseom station. It belongs to a chain with branches around Seoul and opened here at the end of March 2026. The format is a set: the bowl comes with a bone broth and tofu-skin sushi rather than on its own. You order at a kiosk and return your own tray. The posts we read run from April to August 2026.

What sets it apart
- Seven posts say the station is close, though they disagree on how close: two give 434 metres from exit 1, one says three minutes, two say five, two say seven, and they split between exits 1 and 8. Two note Ttukseom is nearer than Seoulsup. One got lost in the complex and leaves directions — beside a particular entrance of building 215.
- You order at a kiosk and clear your own tray. Two posts say so, one of them counting two members of staff. Another notes you pick eat-in or takeaway at the screen first. One writer was steered to a dressing rather than left to choose.

Getting there
Naver Map has a full English mode — Settings → Language → English. In Korea it gives better walking and transit directions than Google Maps.
Getting inside
No post says whether a wheelchair or a pushchair gets in. Several note the ground floor of the complex; none mentions a step at the door. One does say the tables are close together.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 12 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Four of the ten disclose that they were given the meal. One writes 협찬 at the top; one, that the company provided the product; one, that a meal voucher came through the business; one tags it. All four went up between 7 and 11 April 2026, days after the shop opened. Nine of the ten posts are from that fortnight, so the five that say nothing were written in the same window — and saying nothing is not the same as taking nothing. Disclosure is the honest thing and our counting does not punish it. But a post from the opening fortnight and one from four months later do not weigh the same.
- Accounts of the room's size differ, and the direction of the difference is worth noticing. Two call it small, one calls it roomy. Of the two, one is the August post by someone who paid for themselves: not large, and the tables close together. The other is a sponsored post, which calls it compact. The one that calls it roomy is also sponsored, and hedges — it looks like there would be plenty of seats. The most concrete figure comes from the paying customer, who counted close to ten tables, mostly for two.
- One post describes waiting — a weekday lunchtime in August 2026, when the writer queued before getting in, and adds that people who work nearby come at the same hour. The other nine do not mention it, and eight of those nine were written within a fortnight of opening. A new shop and a settled one are not the same shop.
- Four posts got a free americano, and all four are the opening promotion. Order a salad or a poke, get the coffee — every one of them from April 2026. The August post does not mention it. We do not know whether it still runs, so do not count on it.
- Three of the thirteen are not visits to this shop, so we set them aside. One is a diary about the Apgujeong branch — a different shop. One is a three-restaurant round-up in which this place appears as an aside, written in the conditional. The third is a fit-out report by the contractor who built the place — the maker's account rather than a customer's. We left it out of the counts, but its line about a small floor with hall seating and delivery is worth reading against the disagreement over the room's size.
- The hours differ. Six give 10:00–20:00 daily, two give 08:00. Two mention an afternoon break from three to five; the rest do not. One gives last orders at 19:30. The August post says it closes on Sundays; an April post lists Sunday among its opening days. The shop is new enough that this is probably still moving.
- Not one of the ten mentions a toilet — inside, or out in the complex.
- No post describes the floor from having stood on it. Four write 'ground floor of the complex', all copying the address. Nobody says whether you step up to the door. One did get lost inside the complex first, and two leave directions — beside a particular entrance of building 215.
