SEAONE
시원 Siwon Siwon is the Korean word for 'refreshing' (as in a cool or clean-tasting broth), and the Latin sign SEAONE plays on 'sea' — the house serves Pohang-style seafood.

Siwon (SEAONE) is a Pohang-style seafood restaurant in an alley off Sangwon 10-gil in Seongsu, within walking distance of Ttukseom Station. Many posts list the cold raw fish soup set, raw fish rice bowl and fresh cod stew (clear or spicy) at 18,000 won, and seaweed soup at 11,000 won (abalone +5,000). Nearly every visit describes six or seven side dishes — fried eggplant, scallop salad, shrimp salad, seasoned cockles. Several posts say it fills with office workers at lunch. We read 25 posts from November 2024 to October 2026; 15 record an actual meal. We set aside 6 as other restaurants or name collisions, and did not count 4 that were promotions or lists.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Five posts said the portions were large, one calling the cold raw fish soup set huge. One post said the raw fish soup was a little short for an adult man, and another said the rice with the cod stew was small.
- Ten posts talked about price. Four found it expensive for a regular lunch, three said it was fair given the side dishes, and two started out thinking it pricey but came round after seeing the spread. One post noted Onnuri gift certificates are accepted.
- Two posts mention a hand-washing sink inside the dining room; one placed it just to the right of the kitchen.
- Six posts called it clean. Several said the white exterior and wood interior made them take it for a café or a Western restaurant at first. One mentioned floor-to-ceiling windows and another sat at a seat looking outside.

One post said there is no parking at the restaurant; they used a nearby public lot, which had plenty of space on a Saturday evening. Other posts' 'no parking' lines come from copied info blocks.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Toilet inside | yes 0 · no 1 (of 15 posts read) |
|---|
No post said which floor it is on or whether there are steps. The 'ground floor' in the registered address is not something anyone reported.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — not because there isn't, but because nobody wrote about it.
One post said the toilet is outside the restaurant; another post said the same but in a copied info block, so we didn't count it. Nobody described whether it is gender-separated or how big it is.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 19 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Saltiness splits: two posts found it salty (one said the cod broth was very salty that day, another that the raw fish soup is salty if you add all the sauce at once), three said it was not salty.
- Opening hours changed. Posts from March–April 2025 gave Sunday–Friday 11:00–22:00, closed Saturdays, last orders 14:15 and 21:15. Two posts from September 2025 on gave 11:00–21:30 every day, and one of them visited on a Saturday evening. That post also found a break (about 15:00–17:00) not shown on Naver — a 4:20 pm phone call was told it was break time. Early closing when ingredients run out is copied from listings, not observed.
- Prices have been rising. An October 2024 visitor found the cod stew at 18,000 won though the internet said 15,000, and a March 2025 post heard prices had gone up. One August 2026 post wrote 20,000 won for a set; with only that one post we can't confirm it is the current price.
- Two posts walked from Ttukseom Station — one gave 285 m from Exit 2, the other five minutes from Exits 2, 3 or 4. No post came by bus.
- No post actually waited. One said there is a wait at weekday lunch peak, another that it is busiest from about 11:30 to 12:40 and quieter afterwards. Nobody gave a wait time.
- Most visits were with groups of coworkers (five posts); two were with friends, one with family, one alone.
- We could not confirm the phone number: 02-6082-0525 (a copied info block, March 2025) and 02-466-9722 (Seongdong-gu public listing) each appear once. No post says whether reservations are taken.
