Sushi Doku The Seongsu is a sushi restaurant on the ground floor of a red-brick building at Seoulsup 6-gil 13, the Seongsu branch of a chain that started in Wangsimni. Ten-piece plates run 15,900–32,900 won, the 15-piece '1.5x' plates 23,900–38,900 won, and the weekday lunch set 15,900–25,900 won. You order on a tablet at the table, brush soy sauce on with a small brush, and many posts describe a KakaoTalk-channel lottery that hands out mini rice bowls mid-meal. What sets it apart
- Ordering is done on a tablet at your table, as nine posts noted. Sukiyaki and udon sets cook on a built-in induction burner; one writer warned that staff will not switch it on for you.
- Sixteen posts said the fish was cut thick, split evenly between eight posts up to 2025 and eight from September–October 2026. Several repeated the shop's claim of 20 g of salmon per piece, which we did not count. One writer found the rice slightly generous for the topping and called the food solid but ordinary.
- The street side is floor-to-ceiling glass: eight posts mentioned the windows, three of them having sat at a window table for two. Five posts said you can watch the sushi being made in the open kitchen.
- The two posts that described waiting disagree: one arrived around 11:30 on a weekday and saw a line form at noon, another says they always walked straight in at noon. Four posts said they booked ahead, and one mentioned a waiting area outside the door.

Two posts put it on the ground floor, but nobody mentioned a step at the entrance or arriving with a wheelchair or stroller. That means we do not know, not that there is no barrier.
All three posts placing the restroom inside and all five saying it is separated by gender come from a single blogger's series between October 2024 and May 2025. No one else wrote about the restroom firsthand.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 25 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on size differ: six posts found the tables well spaced, two said it is not large, roughly 30 seats. One counted a few two-tops and about ten four-tops.
- Nearly every post gives hours of 11:30–22:00 with last order at 21:00. Twelve posts put the break at 15:00–17:00 and eight at 14:30–17:00; one explained 14:30 as the last order before the break. Seven said the break is weekdays only, and one gave an 11:00 opening. Seven posts list the phone number 0507-1478-0774; bookings go through Naver or CatchTable.
- Of the 26 first-hand posts, 17 appeared within twelve days, September 23 to October 4, 2026. Of those, two disclosed sponsorship, two received free food, two said they paid, and eleven said nothing, while repeating the same lottery, brush and salmon talking points. Seven of the nine posts up to 2025 are one regular's series.
- Prices have held for two years: the 15-piece basic plate at 23,900 won, beef udon at 14,900 and karaage at 4,900 are the same in October 2024 and October 2026. Three posts found prices reasonable, one called them 'not exactly light'. The '15% off' on the 1.5x plates is the shop's own menu claim.
