Seungniwon
승리원 Seungni-won means 'Victory House' — seungni is victory and -won is the hall/garden suffix common to old Korean-Chinese restaurants.

A neighborhood Korean-Chinese restaurant on the first and second floors of 78 Wangsimni-ro, right at exit 1 of Seoulsup Station. Jajangmyeon is 8,000 won and jjamppong 9,000 won on a September 2026 menu, and many diners order a sweet-and-sour pork set with noodles. It delivers into Seoul Forest park by bike and scooter; three posts ate that way, and we did not count them as visits. We read 29 posts from May 2025 to September 2026; 15 describe eating in. Eight were about other businesses in the same building — a basement private cinema, a fourth-floor party room and a basement pho shop — and were set aside.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- It is right at the station: seven posts put it immediately outside exit 1 of Seoulsup Station on the Suin-Bundang line, one saying ten seconds' walk. One family came by subway, ate jajangmyeon and walked on into the park.
- Most find it cheap: six posts say it is inexpensive for Seongsu, one noting prices seem barely to have moved. One post disagreed — its 10,000-won soy-milk noodles tasted instant and it felt they weren't worth that.
- The food is described as basic. Four posts call it an ordinary neighborhood Chinese place — nothing special, but true to the basics. Some saw that as a letdown; others said it is rare in trendy Seongsu.
- Speed is split one to one. A weekday-evening diner waited over 20 minutes because delivery orders came first; another said the food arrived almost instantly. Several posts note delivery riders coming and going constantly.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Second floor | 7 of 14 posts |
|---|---|
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 3 (of 14 posts read) |
The seating is upstairs. Seven posts mention a second floor and four call it roomy. Three describe only a few tables downstairs — one counted three four-tops and one two-top. A parent wrote that the second floor let them eat quietly with a baby, and one post describes a private room upstairs, separate from the main hall.
The basement of this building holds a cinema and a pho shop, not this restaurant. Three posts describe its ground-floor tables, and none mention going downstairs.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in — not because there isn't, but because no one wrote about it. Much of the seating is upstairs, and no one mentioned a lift.
No post says where the restroom is or whether it is separated by gender. Restroom notes from the basement cinema in the same building belong to another business and were not counted.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 20 posts we gathered, 6 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post says it waited. One arrived at 12:45 and got the last free table; another guessed there might be a lunchtime line. A promotional-style post claiming long lines was hearsay and not counted.
- Three posts give the same hours, 11:00–21:00 daily, though two copied them from an info box. One post came because it has no afternoon break; no one gave a last-order time or a closing day.
- Set prices vary by post. In March 2026 one post paid 21,000 won and another 27,000 won for pork with two jajangmyeon; a May 2025 delivery post paid 25,000 won. The menu has several numbered sets, so we can't tell a price change from a different set.
- Five posts list the phone number, 02-466-6789, but no one actually booked before going. The advice to phone ahead for the upstairs room comes from a single promotional-style post.
- Two posts read like commissioned copy — emoji headers, 'insider tips', '200% would return'. Neither discloses sponsorship, but we treated their claims, such as '30 years in business' and 'famous for long lines', as repeated rather than observed.
