Seongsu Teojeon
성수터전 Teojeon means a site or home ground, so the name reads as 'Seongsu's home ground'.

An aged-pork grill house in a side street between Ttukseom Station and Seoul Forest. The 'Teojeon popular platter' of pork belly and neck with vegetables is 55,000 won for two; the special-cuts platter of skirt, jowl and premium neck is 57,000 won. Staff grill everything over charcoal from start to finish, and people round off with spicy cold noodles (8,000 won), soybean stew (9,000 won) or fried rice. We read 10 posts from 28 July to 3 October 2026, 9 of them first-hand visits. Nine follow the same title pattern and running order without saying whether they were sponsored, so read them as possibly commissioned.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Staff do the grilling: 8 of the 9 visit posts say so. Two writers saw a 'grilling tips' card and assumed they would cook themselves, but were served anyway. Water parsley goes on in a small dish of melting butter, and finished pieces are moved to a tray beside the grill. One writer wondered whether it was only because the room was empty that night.
- Six posts remarked on how thick the cuts are, and four on their juiciness. One noted the pork belly comes with the rind on, giving it a chewy bite. The '250-hour ageing' is the house's own claim repeated by writers, so we did not count it.
- Naver bookings come with coupons, per three posts: a wedding-invitation party coupon, a free spicy ramyeon coupon, and two free portions of meat for parties of eight or more. One post mentions a review reward of ramyeon or a soft drink at dinner; two describe a stopwatch game where stopping at exactly 7 seconds wins a 100,000-won voucher.
- It is a walk from the subway: five posts describe it, putting it 2 minutes from Ttukseom Station, about 5 minutes from exit 7, or a short walk from exit 1 of Seoul Forest Station. One writer said a large flag at the alley mouth makes it easy to find.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 2 (of 9 posts read) |
|---|---|
| Step at the entrance | 2 of 9 posts |
It is not in a basement: two posts describe climbing up to it. No other post mentions the floor.
Two posts say you climb stairs to the entrance, one calling it the second floor and the other 'floor 1.5'. The registered address says ground floor, so the exact level is unclear.
We don't know whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in. Two posts mention stairs, but none mentions a ramp or lift. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there isn't one.
We don't know where the toilet is or whether it is split by gender; no post mentioned it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 10 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post reports queuing. Three early-evening visits found the room quiet, though one said it filled up right on the hour and recommended booking. Two writers had booked. Nobody wrote about waits at weekend dinner or office-party hours.
- Three posts went with friends, three with a partner, and one with family including a child. Many say it would suit a work dinner, but none actually went as a large group. One post mentions group tables for eight or more and a separate room.
- Seven posts copy the opening hours: weekdays 11:30 to 22:00 with a 14:30 to 16:30 break, weekends 16:30 to 22:00. Most give a 21:30 last order on weekdays; one says 21:00. One post listed 'daily 11:00 to 23:30' with a different address, so we left it out. No post gives a closing day.
- Prices for the two-person sets, 55,000 and 57,000 won, are consistent across posts. Nobody called it expensive, and nobody gave a total bill for the meal. Only one post mentions the 9,000 to 10,000 won lunch specials.
- Several posts copy the phone number 0507-1474-3999. Two writers booked through Naver; none mentions booking by phone.
