Seongsu Chalsundaeguk is a sundae-soup shop a few minutes' walk down an alley from exit 2 of Ttukseom station. The plain milky soup and the spicy one are the core, alongside a long list of bibimbap, bulgogi, sausage platters and raw beef, and nearby office workers fill it at lunch. Today the plain soup is 11,000 won, the spicy 11,500 and stone-pot bibimbap 12,000; posts up to early May 2025 had them at 10,000, 10,500 and 10,000. We read 28 posts from November 2024 to September 2026, 23 of them actual visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- The most repeated point is how much goes into the bowl. Of 15 posts that talked about portions, 12 called it generous, and two counted the sausage: six or seven pieces in one, seven to ten in another. The single dissent was about the beef soup, not the sundae soup. One post found the bowl of rice a little small.
- There is a line at lunch, but it moves. Of 14 posts that covered waiting, 7 said there was one: full by 11:30 on a weekday, one or two parties ahead. The same posts add that turnover is quick. The three that did not wait came around 2 p.m. or found a free table straight away. Three posts shared a table at lunch or warned that you may have to.
- Six posts said the food came fast, one guessing about five minutes; none said it was slow.
- Kimchi and radish kimchi sit in jars on every table; four posts helped themselves or got more. That the house makes its own kimchi is mostly hearsay; one post says they saw it being made.
3 more
- Eight posts found no off-smell, two did: imported-beef gaminess in the beef soup, and a faint smell at the end of the sausage. The menu's claim of Jeju pork is the shop's own wording and we did not count it.
- Seven posts walked from Ttukseom station, quoting anywhere from two to five minutes; one placed it in the alley opposite a church.
- Four posts called the staff or owner kind, none unkind; one noted being asked politely, not pushed, to share a table.

Parking is unclear. Only one post saw it first-hand: two or three marked spaces out front. Five others copied info lines that range from one space to 'difficult' to 'no parking'.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
7 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
No post describes the floor or any stairs from experience; only the address says ground floor, so we do not know.
Nobody wrote about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller; that means unknown, not absent.
No post mentions the toilet, where it is or whether it is separated by gender. We do not know.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Prices went up in May 2025: plain 10,000, spicy 10,500 and stone-pot bibimbap 10,000 won through a May 8 post, then 11,000, 11,500 and 12,000 won from a May 26 post. The sausage platter went from 25,000 to 29,000 won by December 2025. One October 2025 post still listed the old prices, which we take as a copied menu. One post found it expensive, two found it fair for Seongsu.
- Opinions on space split: one post found long rows of tables seating plenty of people, two found the tables jammed close together.
- Opening hours come only from copied info lines. Thirteen posts agree on 10:00-22:00 weekdays, 09:00-21:00 Saturdays, a 16:00-17:00 break and Sundays closed; one gave a 20:00 weekday close and another '10 to 24' on weekdays. Two said there is no break on Saturdays.
- No post says whether you can book. Eight posts give the phone number 0507-1371-1068; one list post gives 02-462-1040.
