A one-person stone-pot noodle shop half a floor below street level, in a lane by Seoul Forest's Gate 4. You pay at a kiosk outside the door, then staff slot a scorching pot into a recess at your seat, pour in vegetable broth and flip an hourglass. Mushroom is 11,900 won, beef 13,900, seafood 15,900 (September 2026), and free garlic rice goes into the leftover broth at the end. We read 25 posts from 1 September to 5 October 2026, 22 of them from actual visits; two posts about the Seongsu branch were set aside and one listicle was not counted.

What sets it apart
- You order at the kiosk by the entrance, not inside: sixteen visit posts paid there before going in. One warns there is no ordering point inside and that staff will wave you out of the kitchen if you go in to ask. Another says split bills need a staff member.
- Ten posts describe the seating. Seven say there are tables besides the U-shaped counter around the service area; one counts only three tables and advises booking for four or more, and another also counts about three. One post found the counter stools too high to be comfortable.
- Seven posts say the seasoning is not salty; several suggest the house soy dip or garlic flakes if you want more. The no-MSG line is copied from the shop's own signage, so we did not count it.
- Seven posts call the portions generous; both that ordered the beef 'bomb' pot said they could barely finish it.

It is below ground: seven posts describe stepping down a half-level to the door, two of them mentioning stairs. One notes you can see inside from street level through the glass.
We do not know whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in or whether there is a step at the door; nobody wrote about it. Two posts mention going down stairs.
The toilet is outside the shop, per two posts; one says you take a key and it is a single stall, the other that it is right next door.

Of the 20 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Eleven posts give daily hours of 11:00–20:00, mostly copied from the listing; eight give a 15:00–16:00 break, one says 15:00–18:00. One post lists 11:30–21:30 alongside a wrong address, so we left it out. No post mentions a closing day.
- Prices are from September–October 2026; spicy versions cost 1,000 won more. The oyster-seaweed pot (17,900) is a branch exclusive, and the perilla-pesto cold noodle was a summer special that may be gone. Three posts found it fair value, one thought it on the pricey side.
- The phone number 0507-1385-2812 is copied in six posts. Four say you can book via Naver or CatchTable, two advise booking for groups of four or more, and one says Naver booking only covers the afternoon.
- Some posts look like commissioned copy: four repeat the same five keywords, one pastes the shop's blurb wholesale, and one gives an address and hours that match no other post. None disclose sponsorship; two say in the text they paid themselves. The MasterChef Korea winner claim is the shop's own billing, not something we counted.
