Playz Lounge is a children's play cafe on the first basement level of the Galleria Foret mall, facing Seoul Forest. Children's entry is sold by the hour (18,000 won for one hour, 30,000 for two, 45,000 for three), adults pay 5,000 won, and food and drinks such as pizza, pasta and pork cutlet are charged to a wristband and settled on the way out. The play floor is built around physical play — trampolines, a ball pit, slides — and what visitors keep mentioning is the staff in yellow who call children by name and play with them. We read 30 posts published between November 2025 and October 2026; 13 describe an actual visit. The rest are the shop's own notices and promotions, posts by balloon and catering vendors, multi-venue lists, and template-generated introductions.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Seats are assigned. Seven of the 13 visit posts describe sitting at a numbered table matching the locker number they were given, and four mention putting shoes in that locker. One post says entry is capped to the number of parent seats, which kept the place roomy.
- There are birthday party rooms. Seven visit posts mention party rooms or private hire, and two saw a birthday party under way in a room on the day. Posts from March and August 2026 warn that on full-venue booking days regular visitors cannot enter.
- Price leans expensive. Six of the ten posts that discuss price call it expensive — 35,000 won for two hours for a child and adult with food extra, and one parent paid 200,000 won in total for a group with friends. Several who found it expensive added that the play staff made it worth it. One family with a 12-month-old got an infant discount and paid 20,000 won for three people for two hours, and named price as the best part.
- Most find it spacious: seven visit posts say so, while one (March 2026) felt it was not that large and the range of play was limited. Several posts note it favours active, gross-motor play over pretend play, suiting somewhat older children.

Parking
5 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Parking is in the Galleria Foret mall's underground garage; five visit posts parked there. The free time is reported differently: a November 2025 post says about four hours, up to eight with a Naver receipt review, and a March 2026 post also says eight; an August 2026 post says you get your paid play time plus one hour (and heard that a receipt review raises it to six). One post warns not to confuse the mall entrance with the apartment entrance.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| In a basement | 5 of 13 posts |
|---|---|
| Step-free access | 1 of 13 posts |
It is underground. Five of the six posts that describe getting in say it is on basement level one — one notes you come up to B1 from the car park. One post says the high ceiling keeps it from feeling like a basement; two posts mention the high ceiling.
One November 2025 post says strollers can come in. No one wrote about a step at the entrance, a lift or wheelchair access — we do not know, which is not the same as there being none. A generated introduction quotes a review saying strollers cannot go as far as the tables, but that is copied text and we did not count it.
No visit post says whether the toilets are inside the venue or separated by sex; one post's 'separate men's and women's toilets' line is a pasted listing. Two posts mention a nursing room and a hand-washing sink for children.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 17 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Waiting depends on the day. Two posts mention a wait: a November 2025 post says weekend waits run long, and a rainy-day visit in late October 2025 saw a queue form right after their group. Weekday visitors found it quiet. No post gives a waiting time.
- One August 2026 visitor found the inside much hotter than expected and suggests bringing spare clothes for children. No other post discusses cooling.
- No post describes arriving by subway or bus; the '263 m from Seoul Forest Station exit 4' line is copied listing data. Visitors drove, or walked over from Seoul Forest or a show in the same building.
- Opening hours have changed. Posts up to March 2026 give 10:30–21:00 on weekdays (Tue–Fri) and 10:00–21:00 at weekends; posts from May 2026 give an 11:00 weekday opening. Per the shop's own notice, from September 2026 closing moved from 21:00 to 20:00 — weekdays 11:00–20:00, weekends and holidays 10:00–20:00, last food and drink order 19:30. No visit post since September yet. Four posts say it is closed on Mondays, and several warn that private-hire days may shut out regular visitors.
- We know little about food prices: the only menu price given is 13,000 won for the children's pork cutlet set, and one post found portions small and prices a bit high. Food is charged on top of entry.
- Two phone numbers appear: the shop's blog and several posts give 02-468-5882, while two November 2025 posts give 0507-1481-5884. The shop says party-room and private-hire bookings go through Naver booking or by phone.
