Phở Vua
퍼부어 서울숲점 Peobueo Seoulsupjeom Phở Vua is Vietnamese for 'king of phở', as the chain's own opening notice puts it; read in Korean, 퍼부어 also sounds like 'pour it in'.

Pho Vua's Seoul Forest branch is a Vietnamese chain restaurant on the basement level of the D Tower Seoul Forest complex, connected to Seoul Forest station. People order clear beef phở or bone-broth phở with fried rice or bún chả from a tablet at the table. Posts up to May 2026 put the clear phở at 9,900 won; posts from August on put it at 12,500 won. We read 30 posts dated 3 June 2025 to 20 September 2026; 4 were about other restaurants, and 22 describe an actual visit.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Ordering happens at the table: 12 posts ordered and paid on a tablet or kiosk. One noted the kiosk also runs in English, Vietnamese and Chinese.
- There is a long bar counter for solo diners plus four-person tables. 13 posts describe the seating; two counted 3 four-tops, one counted 4, one said 4 to 5.
- The room is small: 3 posts said so outright, and none called it roomy.
- Weekend lunch brings a queue. Both posts that waited went at weekend lunchtime; one found two groups ahead around 12:30 but moved quickly. The 5 posts that walked straight in came around 5 pm on a Sunday, between 5:30 and 6 pm, after work in the evening, after the dinner rush, and once at a weekend lunch.
5 more
- Food comes fast, according to 4 posts. One said the first dish arrived alone and the rest all together, which felt a bit disorganised.
- The stir-fried dishes run salty: 4 posts said so, about the seafood fried noodles, the stir-fried water spinach, the water-spinach bulgogi rice and the fried noodles. 2 posts went the other way, finding the pineapple rice mild and the phở well balanced.
- 7 posts found it fairly priced and 1 found it a bit pricey. Between May and August 2026, though, the clear phở went from 9,900 to 12,500 won and the fried rice from 11,000 to 12,800 won; the one post after the rise that still called it good value added 'for D Tower'.
- 3 posts went with children, including a six-year-old and a son who shared the mini phở once the chillies were picked out. Nobody mentioned high chairs or changing tables.
- It is a chain: 3 posts note other branches. The story about a named chef and recipes from Vietnamese cooks is copied from the restaurant's own notice, so we did not use it.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
4 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
| In a basement | 6 of 21 posts |
|---|---|
| Toilet inside | yes 0 · no 1 (of 21 posts read) |
It is on basement level 1: 6 posts say so, and one explains you ride an escalator up one floor from the Seoul Forest station exit 4 side. 4 posts noted the direct station connection.
Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance or wheelchair or stroller access. That means we don't know, not that there is none.
Only 1 post mentioned the toilet: it is in the building, not inside the restaurant. Nobody said whether it is separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 25 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opening hours: 12 posts all give 11:00 to 21:00 with last orders at 20:30, but every one is copied from an info block. No post mentions a closing day.
- 4 posts give the phone number as 02-6233-7680, and 1 gives 0507-1472-4680. Nobody said whether reservations are taken.
- One post comes from the blog of a payment-rewards app and promotes the app; we gave its remarks on service and parking less weight than the others.
- Bánh xèo is uncertain: a March 2026 menu table lists it at 16,000 won, but a May post found it unavailable. We can't tell whether it was dropped or just out that day.
