Melts Burger Seoul Forest is a burger shop in a basement on a residential lane off Seoulsup 4-gil. It makes smash burgers with Hanwoo beef pressed flat on the griddle; you order and collect at the counter, and three posts were told to tear open the paper bag and use it as a tray. In posts from July–August 2026 the Melts burger was 9,200 won and the classic cheeseburger 8,700 won, with 4,900 won more for fries and a drink. In October–December 2025 the menu was just a hamburger, cheeseburger and double cheeseburger, with the cheeseburger at 6,800 won. A post from 30 May 2026 said the shop was temporarily closed, and posts from July onward show it open again. We read 24 posts from 13 October 2025 to 1 October 2026 and set aside 7 that were about other places.

Nobody mentioned a step at the entrance, a lift, or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. The shop is on basement level; one post went in via stairs leading down, another described it as half a floor down. We do not know whether there is any step-free way in.

Two posts said the restroom is inside the shop. Nobody said whether it is separated by gender.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 15 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

• Four posts from July–September 2026 follow one template: the same lines about 100% Korean Hanwoo, cooking to order, new sets from June and the Apgujeong and Samseong branches, in the same order, and three of them ordered exactly a Melts burger set and a classic cheeseburger set. One is marked as sponsored. We counted them as meals eaten, but they may be one message repeated four times.
• Waits are mixed: one post found a queue, two found the place nearly empty (a rainy afternoon, an evening). The line that peak hours may bring a wait appears almost word for word in the template posts, so we did not count it. Nobody described a waiting list or waiting area.
• Prices depend on when. October 2025: hamburger 6,300 won, cheeseburger 6,800 won, double cheeseburger 9,300 won (15,300 won as a set). July–August 2026: classic cheeseburger 8,700 won, Melts burger 9,200 won, 4,900 won extra for a set and 3,900 won extra for a lunch set. One post about a September 2025 visit, written in July 2026, gives the 4,900 won set price, so we cannot tell which period it reflects. Two posts called it good value; none called it expensive.
• Opening hours have changed. Two posts from October 2025 listed 11:00–22:00 daily (last order 21:30); five from July 2026 onward list 11:00–21:30, three of them adding that Mondays are closed. One post instead lists a 15:00–17:00 break on Mondays and Tuesdays, which conflicts with a Monday closure. All of these are copied info blocks, not something the writers checked.
• Two posts went with friends and one with a partner. No post clearly ate there with children, so we do not know how it suits kids or whether there are high chairs.
• Three posts give the same phone number, 02-464-1987. Nobody said whether reservations are taken.
