Quiver is a Western-style restaurant at the ground floor of Wangsimni-ro 5-gil 3, a few minutes on foot from Seoul Forest station exit 5 and 7 to 10 minutes from Ttukseom exit 8. In a large glass-fronted room with a high ceiling it serves pasta, risotto and steak alongside fusion dishes such as ragu tteokbokki and kimchi fried rice, and you can also drop in just for coffee or wine. The dishes eaten most were the pistachio cream risotto (13 posts, 18,000 won) and ragu tteokbokki (11 posts, 23,000 won); pastas run 18,000 to 21,000 won and the striploin steak 54,000. We read 30 posts from October 2024 to June 2026 and counted 26 as actual meals.

What sets it apart
- The glass is the point here. Thirteen posts mention the floor-to-ceiling windows, describing daylight and the trees of Seoul Forest; several chose window seats, posts note fresh flowers on each table, and after dark the lights go down and candles come out.
- Eight posts remark on the high ceiling. Posts describe a mix of seating — a bar, window seats, group tables, a round table and a long communal table in the middle.
- No post describes queueing. Six say they walked straight in — on a weekend morning without a booking, at Saturday lunch, and on a weekday evening when they had the room to themselves. One post's warning about weekend waits is a guess, not an experience; on Christmas Day one couple waited a little past their booked slot.
- Bookings go through CatchTable. Seven posts booked ahead; one used Naver booking and another phoned to ask about a table. Several posts give the number 0507-1353-9864.

- It is a walk from the subway: five posts came by train, about 5 minutes from Seoul Forest station and 8 to 10 from Ttukseom. There is no big sign — posts found it by the name taped in yellow on the glass.
- One post counted about two high chairs. Both posts that came with a child found the roomy, uncrowded floor easy going.

No post describes the floor from experience; 'ground floor' appears only in addresses and copied info. Apart from one stroller post, nobody mentions a step, stairs or a lift — that means unrecorded, not absent.
Two posts got a stroller in without trouble, one without having to lift it. No post describes a wheelchair visit; 'wheelchair-accessible entrance' appears only in copied listing info.
Two posts say the toilet is outside the restaurant — a shared building toilet, reached through the back door into the community-centre facilities, which one found a bit dirty. 'Separate men's and women's toilets' appears only in copied listing info, so we did not count it.

What we do not know
- Four posts found the prices fair for Seongsu; two were less sure, one calling it not cheap and another singling out the steak as expensive. The Christmas Day course was 139,000 won for two. One post says paying with the local Seongdong gift voucher gives 5% off.
- Most posts came with friends (14); three were work-team lunches, two came with a child and one as a couple. Many posts recommend it for dates, but only one records actually going as a couple.
- Posted hours shift over time. Up to February 2025 posts say 11:00 to 21:00 daily, last order 20:00; from late March 2025 five posts say weekdays to 21:00 and weekends to 23:00. Weekend last order is given as 22:00 (November 2025) and 21:00 (June 2026). Some posts from the same period give a single daily figure, and one says 8am to 9pm. There is no afternoon break — one couple ate after 3pm. Most of this is copied listing info, so check before going.
- One dish was added: a spicy-pork pasta that a May 2025 post received free as a dish in development appears on the menu from June 2025 as the jeyuk rosé pasta at 18,000 won. We found no sign of price changes otherwise.
- Of the 30 posts we did not count four: two templated summaries built from review statistics, one that reuses another post's opening word for word, and one duplicate of the same visit posted twice by the same author.
