Compiled from 7 blog posts read in fullSources →

A modern Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of Seoulsup-gil 46-1, on a side street between Ttukseom and Seoul Forest stations. People come in groups to share dim sum, rice-sheet rolls, noodles and larger plates; six of the seven visit posts ordered the crispy shrimp cheung fun (14,000 won). One pair spent 81,000 won on siu mai, cheung fun, chili shrimp, beef noodle soup and tea. We read 15 posts dated 17 September to 5 October 2026; 7 of them record actually eating here. The rest were about a same-named café in Namyangju, the stock market, or bloggers who happen to call themselves Jeje.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. The cheung fun here wraps crisp fried shrimp in a soft rice sheet, and five posts mentioned the crunch. Most liked the chewy-and-crisp contrast; one writer who wanted a Hong Kong-style roll found the crunch out of place.
  2. Three posts booked ahead, through CatchTable or the day before. One said they would not have got a table otherwise; another, a party of three, walked straight in thanks to the booking.
  3. You order by marking a paper sheet tucked into the menu. One post warned the menu is long but said the food came out quickly.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 1 (of 7 posts read)

One post described it as a ground-floor restaurant. Nobody mentioned a basement or upstairs seating.

No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller fits. One post only noted there are two separate doors, front and back, and that friends ended up waiting at different ones.

Nobody wrote about the toilets — where they are or whether they are separated by gender.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 8 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • No post says they queued. Talk of long waits is hearsay; one post saw a waiting-list machine at the front door and another mentioned chairs outside. We do not know how long walk-ins actually wait.
  • One post found the chili shrimp and dandan noodles mildly spicy; another said the 'spicy' jajangmyeon was not hot at all. They were talking about different dishes.
  • The '10 minutes on foot from Ttukseom exit 8 or Seoul Forest exit 5' line appears in one post as copied listing info; no one described the walk.
  • Company varies: two posts went with friends, one as a group of three, one with a husband.
  • Three posts copied opening hours, and they disagree on opening time: two say 11:30, one says 11:00. All three agree on closing at 20:30 and closing Mondays. Two give a 14:30–17:30 break; one says 14:30–17:00 on weekdays and 14:30–17:30 at weekends.
  • Posts that listed prices agree: cheung fun 14,000 won, siu mai 11,000, noodles 15,000, chili shrimp 35,000, laziji 33,000. The only full bill is 81,000 won for two. One post felt the chili shrimp was not worth its price.
  • Only one post gave a phone number (0507-1329-7000). Two posts booked through CatchTable.
  • One post pasted a review-count widget, says both 'just the two of us' and 'eating with the kid', and leans on other people's reviews; it may be commissioned, so we counted only what it ordered and the chairs outside. The chef's hotel background, celebrity regulars, same-day dim sum and hand-pulled noodles are the restaurant's own claims and we did not count them.
