Heerit is a Western restaurant in a converted house more than 40 years old, tucked into a Seongsu-dong alley between Seoul Forest and Ttukseom stations. Pastas and risottos run 17,000–23,000 won and the beef Wellington, which must be booked ahead, is 39,000 won. Seating is split between a garden terrace, a separate annex, a rooftop and an attic. One couple paid 38,000 won for two pastas. We read 30 posts dated 7 September to 5 October 2026; 25 describe an actual meal (one recalls a late-2025 visit). We set aside 3 posts about other restaurants and did not count 2 roundup posts. One roundup says the Wellington was featured on SBS's Live Today on 3 September.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Nine posts booked ahead, mostly for the Wellington: two walked in and were told it could not be had same-day, while one that booked a bar seat asked on arrival and got it. Of the walk-ins, a dinner party got an indoor table and a lunch party got the last counter seat. One post copied the house notice: a 15,000 won-per-person deposit through Naver, 10,000 won through CatchTable, and only CatchTable lets you choose a specific seat.
  2. Fourteen posts mention the garden terrace — gravel underfoot, a single crape myrtle and wooden tables; two actually sat out there. Five mention a rooftop or the annex's upper deck, and two describe floor seating in an attic.
  3. Eight posts mention a separate room or garden annex, sized at three to four or four to five people. One party was shown to the annex when they arrived at opening; another sat in a room converted from the old kitchen.
  4. Six posts ordered from a tablet or QR code at the table. Two noted that pickles only come if you ask.

  1. Ten posts mention large windows; one said the courtyard is in full view through the glass from the table.
  2. Four posts called something spicy: the spicy tomato ragù twice (one likened it to Shin Ramyun), and the roe pasta and clam oil pasta once each. One post said the rosé shrimp risotto leans sweet-salty rather than hot.
  3. No post called it expensive; two said prices felt low, one pleased to get a steak for under 30,000 won. Two pastas for two came to 38,000 won; adding the Wellington puts another 39,000 won on top.
  4. Two posts walked it and put it about five minutes from Seoul Forest station, roughly 400 m from exit 1. Several said it is easy to miss in the alley — look for the small yellow sign.

Posts saying you cannot2 of 25 posts

Two posts reported first-hand that there is no parking; one that came by car compared nearby paid lots in an app and walked from the cheapest. The 'no parking, use public lots' lines in other posts are copied listing details.

Where it is

Map showing where Huirit is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

From the station

Two posts walked it and put it about five minutes from Seoul Forest station, roughly 400 m from exit 1. Several said it is easy to miss in the alley — look for the small yellow sign.

Getting inside

Step at the entrance1 of 25 posts

No post describes which floor the dining room is on from experience. The '1st floor' in the address is a listing value; posts only say you go through a gate and across a courtyard, and that a short stair leads to an attic.

No post mentions getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. One post says there are steps just past the entrance sign. This means nobody wrote about it, not that it is impossible.

No post says where the toilet is or whether it is split by gender.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 27 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Accounts of size differ: one post found it surprisingly large, two said the indoor room is small, with five or six two- and four-person tables.
  • Two posts found the staff friendly. One, on 3 October 2026, was put off when the funghi gnocchi listed on the menu turned out to be unavailable.
  • No post describes queuing. One walked straight in at Wednesday lunch; another arrived at opening and saw every seat taken by about noon. We do not know how long weekend evenings run.
  • Eighteen posts list opening hours, all copied from the listing. Most agree on weekdays 11:00–22:00 with a 15:30–17:00 break and weekends 11:30–22:00 with no break; one gives the break from 15:00 and one says 11:00 every day. Only one mentions last order (20:50), and none mentions a closing day.
  • Eight posts give the phone number 0507-1385-9793; one roundup lists 02-466-9793, which we could not confirm. Bookings go through Naver and CatchTable.
  • Seven of the visit posts repeat the same three search phrases — Seongsu pasta, brunch and date spot — in the same order in text and hashtags. None discloses sponsorship and each describes different dishes and seats, so we counted them, but they may belong to one promotional push. Seven posts say they paid their own way.
