HIDKS
홍익돈까스 성수직영점 Hongik Donkkaseu Seongsu Jigyeongjeom Donkkaseu is the Korean word for pork cutlet; Hongik is a proper name the posts do not explain, and the sign shortens the whole name to the initials HIDKS.

Hongik Donkkaseu's Seongsu branch sits in an alley at Sangwon 1-gil 12, near exit 5 of Ttukseom station, and serves old-school Korean-style pork cutlets. The signature Hongik donkkaseu is a cutlet that nearly covers the plate, drowned in demi-glace and served with rice, cabbage and a little udon broth; posts from October 2026 put it at 14,000 won. The cutlet-plus-udon or cutlet-plus-fish sets were 12,500 won in July 2026, the thick loin cutlet 14,000 won, and pastas 14,000 to 15,000 won. You order from a device at the table, a cream soup arrives first, and kkakdugi, pickled radish and pickles come from a self-serve bar. We read 25 posts dated 11 June to 4 October 2026; 11 of them (13 July to 4 October 2026) record actually eating here. We set aside 9 posts about other restaurants and did not count 5 that only list or mention the place.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Seven posts describe helping themselves at the side-dish bar. The kkakdugi gets the most attention: one writer went back for it three times, another noted the bowls are big enough to take plenty. One post adds that takeaway containers for leftover cutlet sit next to the bar.
- Eight posts say the portions are large, mostly about the signature cutlet: bigger than two palms, about one and a half times a normal cutlet. Two posts mention taking leftovers home.
- Four posts say you order from your seat, though they disagree on the device: two say a tablet, one a kiosk on the table, one a QR code.
- Three posts say leaving a review gets you a free soda (one in July 2026, two in October); the July post names it as a Naver receipt-review event.
1 more
- How thick the meat is depends on what you order. Five posts call it thick, all of them eating the loin cutlet, the signature cutlet or tenderloin; one post that had the set cutlet called it thin but true to the old-school style.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

No post describes getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. One August 2026 post says you climb stairs in a red-brick building to reach it; an October post calls it a bright ground-floor space. We don't know how many steps there are or whether there is a ramp.
No post describes the toilet. One copied info block says it is inside the restaurant; we don't count that as someone's own observation.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 15 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-08-31 | 2 posts in one day |

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Seven of the eight October 2026 visit posts repeat the same keyword template ('Seongsu pop-up', 'good for a date', 'Seongsu restaurant'). Only one links a sponsored-review site; the rest say nothing about who paid. Much of what we count comes from this cluster. The only post that says the writer paid is one from August 2026.
- Waits are split: one post waited a few minutes at a full weekend lunch, another walked in right after the afternoon break and found it quiet. No post explains how the queue works or whether there is somewhere to wait.
- All the opening hours are copied notices. Five posts give 11:00 opening; one says 11:30 daily and one says 11:00 weekdays, 11:30 weekends. The 14:30–17:00 break and 20:30 last order agree wherever they appear. One post lists Monday-to-Sunday hours and a Monday closure in the same block, so we can't use it. We don't know the regular day off.
- Five posts say prices are reasonable and none says expensive, though three of the five come from the October template cluster. Nothing suggests prices changed between July and October.
- Several posts give the same phone number, 02-462-9604, but none says whether the place takes reservations.
- One August 2026 post differs from the rest: it describes QR-code ordering, sauce served on the side for dipping, and black rice. Other posts describe the sauce poured over, and we can't tell which reflects the restaurant now.
