A soju bar one floor below street level at the end of an alley near Ttukseom Station. We read 18 posts from 22 October 2024 to 6 July 2026, and all 18 are records of an actual visit. Today it is a Chinese-style drinking kitchen: five posts from November 2025 on ate dishes such as dongpo pork (28,000 won), shrimp chow mein (16,000), kung pao chicken (23,000) and cheeseburger spring rolls (9,000), and one called it American-Chinese. Lunch rice bowls show up from January 2026. Before that, the thirteen posts from October 2024 to May 2025 ate aged sashimi platters (42,000), winter yellowtail (48,000), clams steamed in sake, menchi katsu and fried oysters, more of an izakaya menu. Five posts said you order from a tablet or kiosk at the table.

What sets it apart
- Ten posts walked from Ttukseom Station, mostly from exit 7, in anywhere from two to about five minutes. One said four minutes from exit 6.
- It fills up fast. Six posts saw or joined a queue, but only one gave a time: about 15 minutes behind one group in October 2024. One blogger gave up on a long queue in 2024; another watched walk-ins turned away on a fully booked night. Six posts went with a reservation.
- Nine posts got free starters first: seven named seasoned bean sprouts, one in December 2025 got zha cai, one in May 2025 quail eggs with konjac. Two had the sprouts refilled. White kimchi is split, two posts got it free, two paid extra (1,000 won in one).
- Eleven posts called the staff or owner kind, and many got something on the house: takowasabi (two posts), sushi, fried oysters, dumplings (two posts), yellowtail. On one busy night the sashimi was late; the staff apologised ahead and brought dumplings and tuna belly. Another got an ice bucket for the wine they brought.

Six posts said you go down to get in. Three of them said it isn't deep: about half a floor down, more of a semi-basement. Some posts also noted the door is round the left side of the building and easy to miss.
We don't know whether there's a step or stairs at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in. Posts mention going down to the door, but none said whether it's stairs or a ramp, and nobody mentioned a lift.
Two posts said the toilet is inside (one beside the kitchen, one said it was clean). Nobody said whether it's split by gender.

What we do not know
- The menu changed. Posts through May 2025 ate aged sashimi, steamed clams and menchi katsu; posts from November 2025 ate dongpo pork, chow mein and kung pao chicken. Raw fish seems to survive as seasonal yellowtail, mentioned in December 2025 and January 2026. We don't know whether the sashimi platter, clams or menchi katsu are still served; two posts advise phoning ahead because the menu changes with the season.
- Opening hours were copied from the shop listing and changed over time: 17:00–01:00 in October–November 2024; 17:00 (16:00 weekends) to 00:30 with Sundays open in January–May 2025; two posts in November–December 2025 agree on 17:00 weekdays, 16:00 Saturdays, to 00:30, closed Sundays. One July 2026 post lists 11:00 opening, a 15:00–17:00 break and 22:00 closing (midnight Fridays). Only that one post covers the current hours, so check before going.
- Prices have gone up: steamed clams from 24,000 won (October 2024) to 28,000 (February 2025), fried oysters from 13,000 (November 2024) to 15,000 (March 2025). The set for two was 52,000 in January 2025 and the chef's set 69,000 in July 2026, but they hold different dishes. No post gave a total bill. One said it wasn't pricey for Seongsu; one was mixed.
- Several posts copied that bookings go through Naver or CatchTable, and seven gave the same phone number, 0507-1321-6825. One post was told groups of up to 12 are possible.
- Heat depends on the dish: three posts found the mala hotpot, mala cream pasta or chow mein spicy, while two said the chilli yuringi is mild despite the pile of peppers.
- Two posts brought their own wine free of corkage, both during a one-bottle-free promotion in January–March 2025. Copied listings say corkage is normally charged.
- The Christmas decorations come from two posts in November and December 2025; they're seasonal and won't be there all year.
- Several posts copied that pets are allowed, but only one actually saw dogs inside.
- Of the 18 posts, one (July 2026) disclosed sponsorship and one said the blogger paid; the other sixteen say nothing. The sponsored post and one October 2024 post use word-for-word the same directions.
