BODA

보다 Boda Boda is the Korean verb 'to see' (it is also the word for 'than'); none of the posts say why the house chose the name.

A dining pub on the third floor (unit 301) of 325-2 Ttukseom-ro, near Seoul Forest station. It serves lamb dishes such as doenjang-simmered lamb ribs and grilled rack of lamb alongside Korean drinking food like pancakes and stews, sells wine and traditional liquor, and advertises free corkage. We read 30 posts dated 18 December 2025 to 5 October 2026; only five, from 18 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, are about this place. The rest matched only because the name 'Boda' is also a common Korean word, and we set them aside. All five describe actual visits.

What sets it apart

  1. Three of the five posts were group outings: a nine-person year-end dinner where two tables had been pushed together in advance, a wine club meet-up, and a work dinner. One post was a couple's birthday visit.
  2. One post actually used the free corkage: a wine club visit that says each person got about four glasses and an ice-filled chilling bucket. The year-end dinner post also calls the place corkage-free, but that group bought all their drinks, so we did not count it.
  3. Two posts say the room is roomy: one found the seating spacious enough for a group, another said the tables were far enough apart to lay out several glasses each. That second post also describes an open kitchen in the middle of the room and says you could barely hear the next table.
  4. One post says a complimentary vegetable plate (carrot salad, pickles) came to the table. The note that everything but the snails can be refilled is what staff told the writer, not something we counted.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 1 (of 4 posts read)

One post says the place is on the third floor, but no one says whether there is a lift, stairs, or a step at the door; one only mentions that the way up is nicely decorated. We do not know whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in.

No post says whether the toilet is inside the unit or whether it is split by gender. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there isn't one.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • Only one post covers getting there: a 5–7 minute walk from Seoul Forest station on the Suin-Bundang line. Nobody wrote about buses or other stations.
  • No post mentions waiting. The year-end dinner post booked through CatchTable and found every other table full; we do not know how it goes without a booking.
  • Of the five posts, three were groups, one a couple, and one did not say. No one went alone or with children, so we cannot say how it suits those visits.
  • No post gives opening hours, closing days or last order. One post only notes that the stew it wanted had sold out.
  • No post gives a single price. More than ten dishes are named, but we do not know what a plate or a meal costs. One post only remarks that the wine fridge holds some very expensive bottles.
  • No post lists a phone number. One post says it booked through CatchTable.
