Bakcha 1980
박차1980 Bakcha is the Korean word for a spur (as in 'to spur on'); no post explains why the house took the name or what 1980 refers to.

Bakcha 1980 is an all-you-can-eat beef-brisket grill on Wangsimni-ro 10-gil near Ttukseom Station. In the evening you ask staff for plates of thin frozen brisket and grill them yourself on a stone plate; on weekday lunchtimes it serves set meals such as brisket yukgaejang, water-parsley rice soup and soybean stew. Five posts from March to mid-July 2026 put the brisket at 19,800 won per person; one post from 30 July put it at 24,800 won. One post from 21 August said the owner had changed and the lunch pork set had gone from 8,800 to 10,000 won. We read 23 posts dated 5 March to 21 August 2026; we set aside 5 (one about the Yeouido branch, four unrelated) and counted 9 as first-hand visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Of the 9 posts that discussed price, 7 said it was not expensive. Six of those seven were written when the brisket cost 19,800 won; the one post quoting 24,800 won still thought the meat good for the money.
- Staff do not grill for you: both posts that described grilling did it themselves, and one admits dumping the whole plate on at once and ending up with a clump. A March visit said the meat isn't self-serve — you ask staff and they bring it.
- Three posts covered side-dish refills: two said refills were available on request, and one said kimchi is refilled free once and costs 2,000 won after that.
- Three posts said the room is large, with more space inside than expected and generous gaps between tables. A 1 July post added that the ceiling is high and there is even a chandelier, unusual for a grill house.
2 more
- One post, from a March visit, said seating is limited to 90 minutes; no other post mentioned a time limit.
- Three posts walked from Ttukseom Station and each named a different exit: 3 minutes from exit 7, via the food alley from exit 8, and 5 minutes from exit 5.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
Three posts walked from Ttukseom Station and each named a different exit: 3 minutes from exit 7, via the food alley from exit 8, and 5 minutes from exit 5.
Getting inside
No post describes the floor from experience. The address says ground floor, but nobody wrote about a basement or upstairs seating.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in. That means nobody wrote about it, not that it isn't possible.
No post describes the toilet first-hand. One April post's copied info block lists a toilet inside the restaurant; nobody mentioned whether it is separated by gender or how big it is.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 18 posts we gathered, 9 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Prices changed. Posts from March to 17 July 2026 gave 19,800 won for the brisket and sold frozen pork belly à la carte at 10,000 won per 130 g; a 30 July post gave 24,800 won for brisket and 18,800 won for all-you-can-eat pork belly. Only one post so far reflects the new prices. The cold noodles were listed at both 7,000 and 5,000 won.
- One post from 21 August says the owner has changed and lunch went up from 8,800 to 10,000 won. No post yet describes the evening grill under the new owner.
- Only one post mentions waiting: around 8 pm on a weekday the room was nearly full but they got the last table without a wait. No post describes weekend or lunchtime queues. One March post waited outside for the afternoon break to end.
- Five visit posts gave opening hours, all copied into the post header. Four agree on weekdays 11:00-22:00; one March post says 10:00. The afternoon break is given as 15:00-16:00 or 15:00-17:00, and posts from June on don't mention one. Weekend opening was 14:00 in two March-April posts and 12:00 in two June-July posts, which suggests a change, but nobody confirmed it first-hand. No post gives a closing day.
- Five posts give the same phone number, 0507-1470-3410. One visit post mentions booking: reserving through Naver gets you a free-drink coupon. Group capacities of 40 or 50 were copied or hearsay, so we did not count them.
- Seven posts from 9-22 April 2026 share the same seven hashtags in the same order, repeat the same 'Seongsu Seoul Forest restaurant' phrase and the same line about the owners sourcing their own meat, and give no prices. We treated them as commissioned copy and did not count them as visits.
