Manna Sikdang
만나식당 Manna can be read as the Korean word for meeting (from mannada, to meet) or as the biblical manna; none of the posts say which the house means.

Manna Sikdang, on Worldcup-ro 142 in Seongsan-dong near Mapo-gu Office station, serves hotpot of northern-style handmade dumplings. You choose mild or spicy; two posts (June and September 2026) put it at 26,000 won for two. Fried rice or porridge (3,000 won each, per one post) finishes the pot. You now take your shoes off and sit at tables; two posts say it used to be floor seating. We read 9 posts from 16 June to 14 October 2026: 2 were about other places and were set aside, and 7 were visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- The floor seating has given way to tables: two posts from August and September 2026 say it was all floor seating before. The September post notes you still take your shoes off at the door. It also mentions an expansion under way; no post yet describes the result.
- The heat comes from cheongyang chillies. Three posts call it spicy, two of them naming the chilli. The one post that ordered mild still found it sharply peppery and called the spicy version very hot.
- Two posts saw singer Lim Young-woong's autographs on the wall, one saying they cover a whole wall; one also saw a framed gift from the TV show Hangout with Yoo filming there.
- Three of the seven visit posts are by returning diners; one says his wife has been coming for about thirty years.
2 more
- Three posts say it is an easy walk from Mapo-gu Office station: three to four minutes (296 m) from exit 4, about five minutes, or simply very close.
- Two posts found the portions large; one was full on the hotpot alone before adding fried rice. A party of four counted two big dumplings per person.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
The registered address says basement level 1, but no post describes going downstairs or which floor it is on. That is an absence of reports, not a confirmation.
Beyond taking shoes off at the entrance, no post mentions a step, stairs, or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. We don't know.
No post says where the toilet is or whether it is separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- Cleanliness splits one to one: one post said it doesn't feel especially clean, another found it neat and tidy. Both describe an old-fashioned, long-running place.
- No post reports waiting; one says there's no line but the room is always full. We don't know what the wait is at peak hours.
- Only one post went as a couple (with his wife) and one as a party of four; none went alone or with friends, though two posts mention single-portion options.
- Four posts give the same hours — 11:00 to 22:00, break 16:00 to 17:00, closed Sundays — but all four are copied info blocks. No one gives a last-order time.
- Only the price of the two-person hotpot (26,000 won) appears in two posts. The 1,000 won spicy surcharge, 3,000 won fried rice or porridge, and 13,000 won dumpling soup and steamed dumplings each come from a single post. No one gives the four-person or single-portion price, or what a meal costs per head.
- Three posts list the same phone number, 02-323-0726. None says whether the place takes reservations.
