Colline is a flower café filling both floors of a standalone building at 45 Eoulmadang-ro, on the main street between Sangsu station and Hongdae. Hydrangeas and potted plants crowd the entrance, and bouquets and succulents are sold just inside. An americano is 6,000 won; the signature is the iced persimmon bingsu (12,000 won small, 23,000 large), alongside pancakes, brunch plates and, in the evening, wine and beer. You order at the counter and take a buzzer. We read 30 posts from July 2025 to October 2026; 28 describe an actual visit, one was about a different shop and was set aside, and one is a single line in a list of fifteen cafés.

What sets it apart
- Fifteen posts mention the terrace — a greenhouse-style room with a glass roof and walls. Two found it cool, three found it hot or glaring at midday. One noted that on weekends terrace seats were nearly all taken.
- Six posts noted many foreign customers. One said the room looked full at first because tables had not been cleared — the staff were too busy.
- Six posts call it expensive, mostly pointing at the 6,000-won americano. One found the single bingsu and the cakes reasonably priced; another hedged on the 23,000-won persimmon bingsu. The americano price is the same in July 2025 and October 2026.

Twenty-one posts mention the second floor. It is reached by stairs tucked in a corner to the right of the entrance — one post said they are easy to miss. Several describe a glassed-in, attic-like nook half a flight above the second floor. Three posts found the second floor quiet.
No post mentions a basement; everyone describes a ground floor and a second floor. Nobody says whether there is a lift.
No post describes getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — not that it is impossible, just unrecorded. One post mentions stone steps at the entrance, and two say the second floor is up a staircase.
Six posts say the restroom is inside, and three that it is split by gender. Three place it on the second floor; one post put it near the back room on the ground floor. One noted it was clean but had only a single stall.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Two posts mention waiting: one in July 2025 found no free seat on either floor but got one quickly; one in July 2026 walked straight in on a Saturday around 5 pm. Nobody describes how a queue works.
- Many posts repeat that it is a 5–10 minute walk (about 393 m) from Sangsu station exit 1, but these are copied directions, not accounts of the walk, so we did not count them.
- Sixteen posts give the same hours: 10:30–23:00 Sunday to Thursday, until midnight on Friday and Saturday. Three list only 10:30–23:00 daily, one says Sundays close at 18:00, and one gives an 11:00 opening. No post mentions a closing day; most of these are copied listings.
- Totals given: 20,000 won for two drinks and a cake, and 39,800 won for two brunch dishes and two coffees after the 20% drink discount. The apple–green grape cake is listed at both 6,500 and 7,300 won.
- More than ten posts give the phone number 0507-1335-1119; one gives 02-3141-1119. Nobody says whether reservations are taken.
- Three posts read like templated promotional copy, and one is by someone handing their own company's snacks to the owner. We counted them as visits since they describe what they ate, but read them with caution.
