A Korean set-course (hanjeongsik) restaurant in the basement of the Joyang Building, right by exit 3 of Seonjeongneung station. Nearly every table is in a closed private room, and the menu runs from a 29,000-won weekday lunch set to a 120,000-won top course. Of 20 first-hand posts, 14 ate the Jinyeonsang course (62,000 won per person) and 14 went for a family occasion such as a parent's birthday. We read 30 posts from 20 May to 15 October 2026; 3 were about other places and 7 were list posts or the restaurant's own blogs, so they do not count as visits.

What sets it apart
- 19 of the 20 visit posts ate in a private room: six in a four-seat room, and one each in a six-seat room, an eight-person family room and a 30-person room. Several say that once the door is shut you have the room to yourselves, and two saw a big birthday banquet going on in the hall next door.
- All six posts that drove used the valet behind the building, at 3,000 won. Two that read the parking notice report free parking until 3 p.m. for lunch, then 5,000 won an hour, and that the lot closes at 10 p.m., after which cars cannot leave until morning.
- Four posts got rice cakes (with candied walnuts in one case) for leaving a Naver receipt review; they note the gift changes from day to day.
- Seven posts found the staff friendly, several noting that each dish is explained and the next one timed to your pace. One post found the dishes came too fast and asked them to slow down.

The restaurant is below ground: ten posts describe walking down the stairs, and seven mention a lift. One notes that the front entrance has no lift; the lift is through the next building's lobby at a back door, and the front stairs were many and steep for a grandmother with bad knees.
No post went in with a wheelchair or pushchair; they only say the front entrance is stairs and the lift is at a back door via the next building. The 'wheelchair accessible' line in one post is copied from the listing. That is not a no; nobody tried it and wrote about it.
No post describes the toilets from experience, where they are or whether they are separate; the 'separate men's and women's toilets' line in one post is copied from the listing.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 27 posts we gathered, 7 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on fishiness split: one post found the sinseollo and the eel fishy, while three said the raw fish, fish salad and abalone innards were not. They are talking about different dishes.
- Price: every post from September 2026 gives Jinyeonsang at 62,000 won, but one May 2026 post paid 68,000 won. With only one earlier post we cannot tell whether the price fell or that post was wrong. A meal costs the course price plus drinks and the 3,000-won valet.
- Opening hours appear in 17 visit posts, nearly all copied from the restaurant's listing: 16 give daily 11:30-22:00 with a 15:00-17:30 break and last order at 20:30; one says closing is 21:00, another says opening is 11:00 with the break ending at 17:00. No post mentions a closing day.
- Twelve posts look like they follow one brief: the same phrases about rooms for 4 to 100 people, a projector and sound system, the master chef and the Blue Ribbon award, in the same order and ending with the same map link. Only one of them discloses sponsorship. We treat the award claims as the restaurant's own marketing, not as evidence.
- No post mentions waiting. Five say they booked ahead, and with assigned rooms most probably did, but we do not know how long a walk-in would wait.
- Only two posts actually came by subway; one skipped the car because exit 3 of Seonjeongneung station is so close. Most other 'one minute on foot' lines are copied from the listing, and no post came by bus.
- Family gatherings dominate with 14 posts; two went with friends and two as a couple. No one went alone, so we do not know if a solo diner is seated; several posts say the smallest room seats four.
- Two posts mention rooms where you take your shoes off: one says it is still a raised table, not floor seating, and a family with a baby was given a shoes-off room. We do not know if every room is like this.
- The phone number 02-558-4900 appears in many posts, and booking is by Naver reservation or phone. No post says whether there is a room charge or minimum order.
