Euljimyeonok serves Pyongyang-style cold noodles from its own new building at 12 Samil-daero 30-gil in Nagwon-dong, a short walk from Jongno 3-ga station. It opened in Euljiro 3-ga in 1985, closed in 2022 for redevelopment, and reopened here in 2024. Noodles in clear broth topped with chili flakes and scallion, and the spicy mixed version, are 15,000 won; people add chilled pork (30,000 won), boiled beef (35,000 won) or Korean-beef bulgogi (36,000 won a portion). We read 30 posts dated 13 August to 8 October 2026; 19 record an actual meal. We set aside 4 that were about other restaurants and did not count 7 roundups written without a visit.

What sets it apart
- Waits were short in this period. Of the eight posts that mention waiting, seven walked straight in: at 11:40 on a weekday, at 1:30 pm, after 8 pm on a weekday, and at opening time. The one post that found a line went at 11:45 on a substitute public holiday, and explains there is no ticket system: you simply stand at the door in order of arrival. Six posts mention the waiting chairs out front; one warns that sitting in them can cost you your place. All our posts date from mid-August on, though, and one notes that in high summer people queued at length here.
- Nine posts say the new building is clean. Five call it spacious; one notes the high, open ceiling and another singles out the clean toilet. The three posts by people who remember the old Euljiro shop say the old-house feel is gone and the room is far more comfortable.
- Despite its reputation for mildness, three posts found the broth salty, and one of them says that is why they will not return. That post also mentions reading that the broth got saltier after the move; that is hearsay and we did not count it. One post says the chili flakes and green chili do not make it spicy.
- Three posts say food came fast: the noodles almost as soon as they ordered, the chilled pork within five minutes. No one reports a slow kitchen.

It is not a single-floor room. Seven posts mention a second floor or being seated there. Three mention a lift, one saying it makes the place easy to bring parents to. Two say each floor has its own toilet inside the restaurant. Two sat on the ground floor, and nobody describes going down to a basement. The office-lunch post says tables on the second floor are pushed together for groups.
No one described the entrance step or getting in with a wheelchair or pushchair. One post copied a listing that says wheelchair accessible; we did not count it. That means we do not know, not that access is poor. Three posts mention a lift.

What we do not know
- The old Euljiro shop and today's restaurant are different places. Everything here comes from posts about the new Nagwon-dong building after the 2024 move; memories of the old cramped shop in three posts were not counted as current facts.
- Opening hours come only from copied information. Twelve posts by people who went give roughly Monday to Saturday 11:00-20:50, break 14:50-17:00, last orders 14:30 and 20:30, closed Sundays. Two give closing as 21:00 and two start the break at 15:00.
- Six posts give the same phone number, 02-2266-7052. The office group booked ahead and skipped the line; another post says reservations are by phone for six or more. We do not know whether smaller parties can book.
- We left out seven roundup posts. One of them lists dumplings, but two people who went say the restaurant has none; a mung-bean pancake mentioned once is missing from every other menu, so we left it out too. The meat plates can run out late in the day: one post that arrived just before closing could not get them.
