A Chinese restaurant occupying an entire building at 17-17 Mugyo-ro, Jung-gu, behind the Press Center near Seoul City Hall. The ground floor has a hall and a bar counter for solo diners; the upper floors are private rooms. Jajangmyeon is 9,000 won and seafood jjamppong 13,000 won (as of 2026 posts), so noodle and rice dishes mostly run in the 10,000s. Posts split between office-worker lunches and group dinners in the rooms. We read 28 posts from October 2024 to September 2026; 27 describe an actual visit.

What sets it apart
- Gatherings happen in the private rooms upstairs. Nine posts mention the rooms and ten went up to the second or third floor. Nine went as a group, some giving numbers — six men at a round table, seven adults and a preschooler. One post says a whole floor can be opened up for about 70 people. Four booked ahead; one walked in on a Thursday evening without a booking and still got a room.
- No post reports waiting. Five say they were seated straight away, three of them on weekends. For weekday lunch, one post says the ground floor is always full and they were sent upstairs. Two posts say the food came very quickly — 'in under five minutes', as one put it.
- Seven posts found it on the pricey side. Jajangmyeon is 9,000 won, but there is no plain jjamppong, so the cheapest is the 13,000-won seafood version; one post noted a 4,000-won gap between jajangmyeon and ganjajang. One post recorded 14,000 won for a bottle of Tiger beer and 7,000 for soju. One group that had the course meal in a private room said it was not expensive.
- Five posts call the portions large: a mountain of noodles in the ganjajang, a large jajangmyeon one diner could not finish, and a small guobaorou that was enough for three.

You enter at a ground-floor hall (two posts sat there). The upstairs rooms are reached by stairs; one post says there is no elevator.
We do not know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — nobody wrote about it, which is not the same as saying there is a barrier. One post says there is no elevator to the upper floors.
No post mentions the toilets, so we do not know where they are or whether they are separated by gender.

What we do not know
- Opinions on staff split three to two. Three posts found them friendly; one complained about a manager who made eating there unpleasant, and another said the person taking orders struggled to understand their questions.
- Prices have changed. Seafood jjamppong was 11,000 won in posts from October 2024 and November 2025 and 13,000 won from January 2026; one diner noted the increase. Eggplant rice went from 13,000 won (November 2024) to 14,000 won (November 2025).
- No one described the walk from the station themselves. Lines like '220 m from City Hall Station exit 4' are copied listings, and we did not count them.
- Ten posts give the same hours, 11:00 to 22:00, but all are copied listings; one adds that it opens daily with no afternoon break. One post mistakenly copied the hours (11:30-22:00) and phone of a separate branch in the LG building near Seoul Station, and we left that out.
- Seven posts list the phone number 0507-1317-6661. Four booked a room, but how booking works and whether rooms require a set course is unclear — one group noted that rooms usually call for a course but they ordered à la carte.
- One post follows a stock 'location and hours / menu' template and reads as an introduction, so we did not count it as a visit. Three posts mention another Manbokrim near Seoul Station; it is a separate branch, not a move.
