Ashley Queens Jonggak Station is a buffet on the first basement level of Jongno Tower, connected underground to Jonggak Station. One price covers sushi, grill, pizza, pasta, a DIY noodle station and desserts; you pay first at a kiosk by the entrance. Posts list adults at 19,900 won for weekday lunch, 25,900 won for weekday dinner and 27,900 won on weekends and holidays, with draft beer and a New York stone steak extra. Summer brought a melon festival; from October it was the autumn menu. We read 24 posts from July 15 to October 8, 2026; 17 record an actual meal. Three were about other branches or other restaurants and were set aside.

Rows without a count: 2 of 5 posts.
Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Expect a line at weekday noon. Two posts waited: one arrived at 12:00 with 17 groups ahead and got in at 12:20; another found many people waiting at weekday lunchtime. Four walked straight in — Sunday 1:30 pm, Sunday 5 pm (booked), a weekend dinner (booked) and a weekend lunch. One weekday visitor got in at once but says groups have caused waits before. Two posts booked ahead.
- You enter your party size and pay first at a kiosk at the entrance — five posts describe this. One says the receipt comes with an assigned table number; another says discounts seem to require paying through staff. One mentions a 'dining / finished' marker you set on the table.
- Four posts say you reach it straight from the station — it connects to Jongno Tower near Exit 3 of Jonggak Station (Line 1). Two describe going down to the basement: one by escalator, one by an elevator from street level that opens right in front of the restaurant.
- Four posts went with friends, two with a work team or group, one with family and a child, and one on a date. The family post says they finished in 50 minutes.
2 more
- No post calls it expensive; four call it good value — 19,900 won is fine in a city where one pasta can cost 24,000 won. One wondered whether a good sushi platter would have been a better use of the money. One post gives weekday lunch as 16,900 won, unlike the 19,900 won in others.
- Two posts note unlimited draft beer for 4,900 won. Three mention finishing with coffee from the machines.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

No one wrote about a step at the entrance or wheelchair/stroller access. One post only says an elevator from street level opens right in front. That means no one mentioned it, not that there is none.
No one mentioned whether the restroom is inside the restaurant or separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 20 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opening hours differ by date. Posts from July 31 and August 22 give Mon–Thu 10:30–21:00 and Fri–Sun 10:30–21:30; three posts from September 30 on give 10:30–21:00 daily. Four of the five are copied info blocks, so check before going.
- Only one post lists a phone number, 0507-1430-1031. Posts mention booking through Naver or the Ashley app.
- The menu changes by season. A July 24 post caught the cheese and melon festivals overlapping, an August 30 post found the melon festival over, and October posts describe the autumn menu (pumpkin gnocchi, white mushroom lasagna, jjamppong sujebi). We cannot say which dishes are still served. Two posts that look like promotional copy were not counted.
