Komfortabel Namsan is a café on the 4th floor of the Daewon Jeongsa annex at 49 Duteopbawi-ro 60-gil, Huam-dong, Yongsan. The registered address says 3rd floor, but all seven posts put it on the 4th; the floor below is a shop of Granhand, the fragrance brand that runs the café. You order coffee, tea and cake at a kiosk and eat looking out through floor-to-ceiling windows over Seoul at night. Prices written down: iced americano 4,500 won and cream latte 6,000 won (January 2025), fresh mango cake 14,000 won (November 2025), vanilla mousse 15,000 won (December 2024). We read 7 posts from December 2024 to August 2026, all of them from people who went.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Posts come here for the windows. Five mention the full-height glass, and four describe the lights-off show: blinds drop, the lights go out, then the blinds rise to music so the room just watches the city. One post (December 2024) gave the times as 20:30-20:50 on weekdays and twice, 20:15 and 21:15, on weekends and holidays; others wrote about 8:45 pm, 9 pm sharp, or 21:00.
- There is outdoor seating one floor up: two posts call it a rooftop, two a terrace. One said the chairs there are uncomfortable but worth it for the view, and two noted it gets cold in winter.
- One post came by public transport: bus 02 from Namyeong Station to Haebangchon Ogeori, then about a six-minute walk. A post by someone who drove warned the Haebangchon hill may be tiring on foot, but they did not walk it.

Parking
4 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

All four posts by people who drove parked at the Daewon Jeongsa lot. Two say café customers get the first hour free, then 1,000 won per 10 minutes. One says from the rooftop lot you take stone steps down one level straight into the 4th-floor café. A December 2024 post called the after-hour rate steep; a February 2026 post said parking is hard on fine days and they had given up before, but found space before 7 pm.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

Posts disagree over time. In December 2024 one said that from the ground-floor entrance you climb stairs to the 4th floor, and in January 2025 another walked up because there was no lift. In November 2025 a post took the elevator to the 4th floor. Whether a lift was added in between or they used different entrances, the posts don't say.
No post mentions going in with a wheelchair or stroller, or a step at the door; that means nobody wrote about it, not that there is none. One post says the way down from the rooftop lot is a stone stairway.
That the restroom is inside and split by gender appears only in one post's copied info block, so we did not count it. Another post mentions Granhand hand wash in the restroom but not where it is.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- No post describes queueing. Two November 2025 posts said the window seats are fiercely contested or already full, and one Saturday-sunset visitor was relieved to find a seat. That means nobody wrote about waiting, not that there is none.
- Few posts say who they came with: four drove, one came as a group. None mention going alone, with family or with children.
- Opening hours appear in five posts, mostly copied from listings. Two December 2024 posts say 10:00-22:00 daily (last order 21:30); posts from November 2025 and August 2026 say 10:00-22:00 weekdays and 11:00-22:00 weekends; a February 2026 post just says 10 to 22. Weekend opening seems to have moved later, but check current hours with the café. No post mentions a closing day.
- Posts split on price: three found it expensive (pausing at a 14,000-won mango cake, very pricey cake, a 15,000-won vanilla mousse), two found it reasonable (most drinks around 5,000 won, cheaper than other hand-drip places). The complaints are about cakes, the praise about drinks. A November 2025 post lists two iced americanos at 6,000 won, which doesn't square with 4,500 won for one in January 2025; we couldn't resolve which is right.
- The phone number 0507-1332-2147 comes from two posts' copied info blocks. Nobody wrote about whether the café takes reservations.
