A Western-style restaurant on the second floor of a building in the Yongridan-gil lanes between Samgakji and Sinyongsan stations. People come to share pasta, risotto, wood-fired pizza and salads over wine; pastas and risottos were listed at 27,500–31,000 won and pizzas at 25,900 won. With terraces, private rooms and a large hall of arched windows, many posts came here for wedding-invitation dinners or dates. We read 20 posts dated 2 August to 16 October 2026, 16 of them from people who actually ate here.

What sets it apart
- The terrace is the most common reason people chose the place: nine of 16 visit posts sat on a terrace or at the open, glassless window seats. One post says bookings usually get an indoor table but they were moved to the terrace on arriving early; another found the late-afternoon sun far too hot.
- There are private rooms: eight of 16 visit posts saw them, and ten called the place large. One post counts about two rooms beside a staircase leading to a mezzanine level. The room minimum spend and paid corkage come from the restaurant's own notices, so we could not confirm the amounts.
- Ordering is by a tablet on the table, according to four posts.
- Eight posts booked ahead. One visiting at Sunday lunch found that even the empty-looking tables were all reserved. Several posts copy the note that bookings go through Naver and CatchTable.

Arch Seoul is upstairs. Eight of the 16 visit posts describe climbing stairs to the second floor, and four warn that the ground floor is a different restaurant — one diner checked in at the downstairs counter before being told to go up. The entrance is the staircase on the right of the building; several posts mention a button on an arch-shaped fixture that opens the door, though three found it already open.
The registered address says ground floor, but every post places the restaurant in units 201–202 on the second floor. No post mentions a basement.
Every post describes reaching the restaurant by stairs, and one found them dim even by day. Nobody mentioned a lift or getting in with a wheelchair or pushchair — we don't know, which is not the same as there being none.
One post says the toilets are separate for men and women and clean; nobody said whether they are inside the restaurant.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 17 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on price split: three posts found it expensive (one was startled by a 5,000-won zero cola), one said the set menus make it reasonable. The rocket salad appears at 22,500 won in two posts and 21,500 won in one, regardless of date. No post totals what a meal for two cost.
- On service, two posts disagree: one waited long for water and napkins, had some requests missed and got stained wine linens; another had the air conditioning turned up as soon as they asked.
- Only one post mentions waiting: it walked straight in around 1:30 pm on a weekday. Nobody reported whether there is a queue on evenings or weekends.
- Five posts put it a 3–5 minute walk, 250–350 m, from exit 3 of Samgakji station. Nobody wrote about coming by bus.
- Eight posts came with friends, several for wedding-invitation dinners; one each came alone, on a date, and with work colleagues. Nobody brought children — the 'kids welcome, high chairs available' line is a copied notice in one post.
- Nine posts give the same opening hours — daily 9:00 to 23:00, last order 22:00 — but all copied them from the listing. None mentions a break time.
- Three posts give the phone number as 0507-1393-7906 and one as 0507-1349-2580. Bookings are said to go through Naver and CatchTable.
