A hanok restaurant at the far end of an alley off Insadong 8-gil, near Ssamziegil. People come for boiled pork with garlic sauce, chive pancake and makgeolli, usually as the two-person set — seven of the twelve visit posts ordered it. Posts from April 2026 on give 32,000 won for small garlic bossam, 15,000 for the pancake and 51,000 for the set with bottled makgeolli; posts through February 2026 gave 29,000, 13,000 and 46,000. We read 19 posts from February 2025 to October 2026; two were about other restaurants, and twelve (November 2025 to October 2026) describe actually eating here.

What sets it apart
- Eight posts call the chive pancake crisp, and several describe it as more chive than batter. One April 2026 post said it was less crisp than expected.
- Six posts describe the garlic sauce as sweet. Three say it comes on the side rather than poured over the meat; one says it was heaped on top. One April 2026 post found it too sweet for someone used to raw garlic.
- Two posts describe waiting. One in April 2026 registered just after 6 pm, was quoted under 40 minutes and waited an hour. One in November 2025 arrived ten minutes before the 5 pm dinner opening and found a line already formed. Reviews copied into an info post claiming a wait after 6 pm every night were not counted.
- Three posts noticed many foreign diners; one added that there is a lot of English on the signs and menu.

Getting inside
No post says what floor it is on or whether there are stairs; one address line says ground floor, but that was copied. Nobody wrote about it.
No post mentions a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller, not even the one with children. One post warns the alley is narrow and easy to miss.
No visit post says where the toilet is. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in two posts that copied the listing, so we did not count it.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 16 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on the meat split. Two posts (September and April 2026) found it dry or tough; the rest called it tender, and six said it had no porky smell.
- One post came with children: the owner was kind, but there was no high chair and some stools had no backrest. That is a single post, so we can't say whether it is still true.
- Prices went up between February and April 2026: small garlic bossam from 29,000 to 32,000 won, chive pancake from 13,000 to 15,000, the two-person set with bottled makgeolli from 46,000 to 51,000. Two people sharing the set now pay 51,000 won. The shop's own blog post is dated February 2025 but shows the newer prices, so we did not trust its date.
- Nine visit posts list the same hours, 11:00 to 22:00 with a break from 15:00 to 17:00, but every one copied them from the shop's listing. Two give last orders at 21:00 (one also 14:00 for lunch); three say it is open every day.
- Many posts repeat the shop's walking directions from Anguk Station exit 5, but no visit post says it actually came by subway or bus.
- No post went alone: four went as a couple, two with friends, one with family. With the signature order built for two, we don't know how it works for a solo diner.
- Many posts copy the phone number 0507-1407-7885. One visit post says it booked ahead; that Naver booking is available appears only in copied listings.
- The shop's own blog copy — garlic from Hampyeong aged with yuzu, pork bought fresh every morning, celebrity visitors — turns up almost word for word in several posts. These are the shop's own claims and we did not count them. One July 2025 post mentions a sister restaurant by name, so we did not count it as a visit.
