Ogotto Pocha
오고또포차 Pocha is short for pojangmacha, a casual Korean drinking spot; the posts give no meaning for 'Ogotto'.
Compiled from 3 blog posts read in fullSources →
An old-style pocha in an alley between Jongno 3-ga and Euljiro 3-ga, serving makhoe — roughly cut raw fish of the day (₩43,000 medium, ₩53,000 large) — to wrap in onion, perilla, laver and aged kimchi. All three posts say the owner explains how to eat it to first-timers and wraps a bite for each guest. We read 3 posts, July to October 2026, all from actual visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- All three posts sat at the outdoor tables in front. One says there are only two or three, so go early; another arrived before they were set out and the owner brought them out on request. One post notes they are not used when it rains.
- Two posts found the makhoe small: one says a medium was far too little for three and recommends the large; the other, four people on a large, ordered whelks and ramyeon on top.
- Two posts say you can book by phone; one adds that bookings are taken only before 6 p.m.
- Two posts call the room small: one counts five four-seat and two two-seat tables indoors plus three outside; the other says about seven tables.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| Toilet inside | yes 0 · no 1 (of 3 posts read) |
|---|
No post describes which floor it is on; only the address says ground floor.
We don't know about steps at the entrance or wheelchair and stroller access — not because there are none, but because no one wrote about it.
One post says the toilet is not inside but on the second floor of the next building, and that it smells strongly.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- The two posts give different hours: July 2026 says Mon–Sat 5 p.m. to midnight, October says 4:30 to 10:30 p.m. (copied listing). Both say closed Sundays. We can't tell from two posts whether the hours changed.
- No post actually waited. One says it fills up after work and a wait is a must, but they arrived at 5 and walked in; another arrived at the 4:30 opening and was first in.
- No post describes the walk from the station; the 'six minutes from Jongno 3-ga exit 15' line is copied listing text. One post says it is tucked into an alley and they got briefly lost.
- Only one post is clear about company (four coworkers after work); another just says a 'buddy', which we can't classify.
- No post gives a phone number, so we don't have one for bookings. A meal is the makhoe (₩53,000 for a large) plus drinks; the party of four also added grilled whelks (₩38,000) and seafood ramyeon (₩10,000).
