The signature is a 500 g platter of salt-grilled Sancheong black pork from Jirisan for 59,000 won, which staff grill at your table with chives and shiitake. Post after post follows the same sequence: gochujang pork (19,000 won for 160 g), then black-bean beef doenjang (9,500 won), fried rice (11,000 won) or arrowroot cold noodles (8,000 won), and free soft-serve on the way out. What sets it apart
- Waiting is the first thing anyone writes about. 22 of the 23 visit posts mention it. You join a remote queue on the CatchTable app and wander the neighborhood until called. Recorded waits: 50 minutes (121 parties ahead), 1 hour 40 minutes (50 ahead), 2 hours 20, 2 hours 30, "200 minutes," 4 hours 26 minutes (115 ahead), and one holiday sign-up at 3 pm that got in at 8 pm. Pregnant guests who show proof are moved up; the 8 posts that used this still waited anywhere from none to 40 minutes. Two posts got in without waiting on a CatchTable reservation (the 11:30 am first seating, and 5:30 pm).

Getting inside
No visitor says what floor the restaurant is on; the "1st floor" in the address is copied. Nobody mentions an upstairs either.
Nobody says whether there is a step or stairs at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. That means unknown, not absent. One post says the entrance is so tucked into the alley they weren't sure it was the door.
Only one post mentions the toilet: a single stall, not shared with the building, fairly clean. Whether it is inside the dining room and whether it is split by gender, we can't tell.

- Portions split the posts: 4 say plenty ("more than enough for two"), 1 says small, and 1 wasn't sure whether the meat disappeared fast because it was good or because there wasn't much.
- Opinions on price split too: two posts find 59,000 won for the platter steep, one calls it cheap for 500 g of domestic black pork. One pair spent 117,500 won on the platter, pork shoulder cap, gochujang pork, doenjang and highballs. One post lists the doenjang at 9,000 won; the rest say 9,500.
