Golsu
골수 Golsu means bone marrow, a fitting name for a house built around pork-bone broth, gamjatang and grilled pork bones.
Compiled from 17 blog posts read in fullSources →
A pork-bone restaurant tucked down a printing-shop alley near exit 9 of Euljiro 3-ga station, on two floors. It serves grilled pork bones finished with a blowtorch at the table (38,000 won), a boiled-pork hot pot you finish by tearing sujebi dough into the broth (37,800 won), and a clear-broth gamjatang you season with chili paste (28,000 won). Pairs often get the two-person set of grilled bones, soup and rice balls (53,800 won). We read 30 posts from October 3 to October 14, 2026. We set aside 12 about the Yongsan branch and 1 about the Yeouido branch; the remaining 17 all describe visits to this Euljiro shop.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Order the grilled bones and a server blowtorches them in front of you. Eight of the 17 posts describe this fire show; one says the server made it bigger when they were taking photos.
- The grilled bones lean hot. Five posts call them spicy; one says a friend who can't take heat couldn't eat them, another that the base sauce is hotter than expected. One post says they aren't very spicy but creep up on you. Several posts cooled down with the cabbage salad or rice balls.
- Six posts say the portions are large. Two men who shared the two-person set thought it would feed three with an extra bowl of rice, and two people who shared a dropwort gamjatang said it was far too much.
- You order from a tablet or kiosk at the table, as five posts say. Two posts saw notices that you must order one main per person and that seating is limited to two hours.

Only one post speaks from experience on parking: there is no lot, so take the subway. Four posts carry a no-parking line copied from the listing, which we didn't count. Four posts went by subway; it is close to exit 9 of Euljiro 3-ga station.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Second floor | 10 of 17 posts |
|---|---|
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 3 (of 17 posts read) |
| Toilet inside | 1 of 17 posts |
There is an upstairs room, described as roomier than the ground floor. Ten posts mention it, and some say they were sent up when the ground floor filled. Two posts say you get there by stairs.
No one says whether the entrance has a step or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. That is a gap, not a no. Two posts say the upstairs is reached by stairs, and no one mentions a lift. Several note the door is at the back of an alley.
Only one post mentions the toilet, saying there is one inside. We don't know whether it is split by sex or which floor it is on.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- Waits vary. Two posts waited: one for 20 minutes at 8 pm on a weekday, another put their name down and wandered off. Three walked straight in, at 5 pm on a weekday, 1 pm on a public holiday and just after lunch on a weekend. Two are inconclusive: one said the line was bad last time, another that they barely beat the lunch rush. You register at a machine by the ground-floor entrance.
- Fourteen posts give the hours as 11:00 to 23:00 daily. None disagree, but most copied the line from the listing. Two say there is no afternoon break. The only last-order time, 20:30, appears in one copied block and is doubtful.
- Prices in the October 2026 posts mostly agree. The exception is one post that lists the grilled bones at 28,000 won for two, against 38,000 in two others. Three posts called it cheap for the amount.
- Five posts give the phone number 0507-1476-8969; one gives 02-2268-8908. One post booked through Naver; another says bookings only work during the weekday 13:30 to 16:30 happy hour, otherwise you queue on site.
- Golsu also has branches in Yongsan and Yeouido. The 12 Yongsan posts were near-identical commissioned copy, and none of them count here. Only one returning visitor reports new grilled-bone flavours added in the past year: chili mayo, garlic mayo and carbonara cheese.
