Aiso is a Japanese hambāgu (hamburg steak) counter in a Donui-dong alley behind Jongno 3-ga Station exit 2-1. The kitchen chars two patties over charcoal and sets them one at a time on a small brazier in front of you, while you separate a raw egg and make soy-sauce egg rice to eat with the second one. Every seat is at a U-shaped counter around the kitchen, and you pay first at the kiosk to the left of the door. In October 2026 posts the plain patty set is 13,900 won and the demi-glace and galbi versions 14,900 won. We read 30 posts dated 10 June to 18 October 2026; 4 were insulation-supplier posts caught by the name, leaving 26 first-hand visits.

What we do not know
- Prices rose by 1,000 won between late July and August 2026: June–July posts list 12,900 won for the plain patty, 13,900 for demi and galbi and 10,900 for omurice; September–October posts list 13,900, 14,900 and 11,900. Two later posts still quoted the old 12,900. Nine posts call the price reasonable and none calls it expensive.
- Twenty-three posts give hours, mostly copied from the listing: Mon–Fri 11:00–21:00 with a 15:00–17:00 break and last orders at 14:00 and 20:00, Saturday 11:30–19:00 (last order 18:00), closed Sundays. One post says open every day, two have Saturday until 21:00, and one gives last order at 20:30. Eleven posts list the phone number 0507-1349-5557.
- Six posts went with friends, three with family, two with a partner and one alone; the rest don't say. Several mention many solo diners at the counter.
