It is at street level: three posts describe walking in on the building's ground floor. Two mention entrances on more than one side (one counts three), and two found smokers crowding the front door.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or describes entering with a wheelchair or stroller. One post's info box says wheelchair accessible, but that is copied from the listing. This means nobody reported it, not that access is lacking.
The toilets are outside the restaurant, according to three posts: one says they are outside, one says inside the building but outside the shop, and one says the men's room is upstairs on the second floor.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- All opening hours are copied from listings, and weekends disagree. Weekdays are mostly 11:00–23:00 (last order 22:00). For weekends, 11 posts give 11:00–22:00 (last order 21:00), four say 11:00–23:00 every day, and one each gives 12:00–21:00, 11:00–22:00 daily, or closed on weekends.
- Prices rose: a July 2026 post has the triple cheeseburger at 19,900 won and the chicken burger from 10,900 won; from September they are 21,900 and 11,900 won. The bacon cheeseburger (12,900 won) and pastrami sandwich (15,900 won) held steady. The patty melt (12,900 won) appears as new in October posts and is missing from a menu copied on 4 September.
- Opinions on value split one to one: one post says it is not cheap next to an ordinary burger meal, another that it was worth every won.
- Many posts copy the phone number 0507-1338-2107. On reservations, one post says bookings are taken from 1 pm, another that it is walk-in with a waiting list; we do not know the actual policy.
