Ouga
오우가 Ouga is the title of Yun Seon-do's classic sijo cycle 'Song of Five Friends' (五友歌); none of the posts say whether the name refers to it.

A leaf-wrap set-meal restaurant on Myeongdong 8ga-gil near Myeongdong Station exit 10, on the first and second floors. You order one main, such as gochujang pork bulgogi, braised ribs or tteokgalbi, and it comes with a pot of rice, seven or eight side dishes and a spread of leaf greens; water goes into the emptied pot at the end for scorched-rice tea. In October 2024 the gochujang bulgogi set was 14,000 won and the braised-rib set 15,000 won. The current site is a new building across from the old one, and the move had already happened by October 2024. We read 11 posts from October 2024 to September 2026; eight describe an actual visit.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Expect plenty of foreign visitors. Four of the eight visit posts said so; one that went around 3 or 4 p.m. said most of the diners were foreigners. One post noted Chinese and Japanese on the sign, and another that the server was a foreigner.
- Set meals can be ordered one portion at a time. Three posts said so, noting that only the hot pots require two portions. Three posts describe two people ordering two different sets.
- Three posts called it clean. One credited the new building and mentioned partitions between tables; another said the kitchen looked clean.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Second floor | 1 of 7 posts |
|---|
The restaurant occupies two floors. One post mentions stairs up to the second floor and skipped going up because of a bad knee. No post mentions a basement, and none describes the first-floor seating.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance, whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in, or whether there is a lift. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is none. One post mentions stairs to the second floor.
One post said it was told the toilet is on the second floor; no one described it first-hand. We don't know whether it is separated by gender.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 10 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The restaurant has moved. An October 2024 visitor saw the old sign unlit on the way from the station and guessed it had relocated; a March 2025 post says it moved to the building opposite. A January 2025 list post still copied the old address (Myeongdong 8ga-gil 42). We don't know the exact month of the move; we treat all visit posts as describing the new site.
- We know little about waits. One post that arrived around 5 p.m. found no line, adding that it had heard of lunchtime waits. No post records a wait at lunch.
- Two posts went with family (a mother; children) and one with a friend. None describes going alone or as a larger work group.
- Posts split one to one on heat: one found the gochujang bulgogi mild and sweet-spicy, another said it was pleasantly spicy.
- Three posts give the hours as 11:00-22:00 daily, but two of them copied this from map info. None mentions a break time, last order or closing day.
- The latest prices for the main sets come from October 2024 and January 2025 (14,000 won and 15,000 won). After that, only a July 2026 post gave a price, 11,000 won for the basic leaf-wrap set, so we don't know current prices for the mains.
- Three posts list the phone number as 02-753-7533. Reservations are mentioned only in copied info and a parenthetical note about group tables; no one wrote about actually booking.
