A wine bar and Western kitchen on the second floor of an old building on Euljiro 12-gil, near Euljiro 3-ga station, its stairwell still carrying the signs of the coffee-and-beer hall that was there before. People come for the sous-vide pork knuckle (39,000 won, 44,000 extra-large), pastas and gnocchi (19,000-21,000 won) and cheese plates, with wine by the glass (11,000-12,000 won) or bottle. Posts from December 2025 on give daily hours of 17:00-02:00; a May 2025 post said it opened at 18:00 on weekdays and closed Mondays. We read 30 posts dated 2 May 2025 to 20 October 2026; after setting aside three about other places and one link list, 26 describe a visit.

What sets it apart
- The pork knuckle has heat. Five posts say the skin or seasoning is spicy, one saying it was too hot for someone who can't take spice; a sixth found the porcini pasta slightly spicy.
- Despite the fatty dishes, most found it not heavy: eight posts say so, while one found both the knuckle and the gnocchi greasy and advised against the knuckle.
- The knuckle takes time. Writers who noted the wait give 25, 20 and 15 minutes; one guest switched to pasta after being told it would take over 30 minutes. Several repeat the advice that it takes 20-30 minutes and should be ordered early.
- A drink is required. Four posts say each person must order alcohol, one noting they went non-alcoholic to satisfy the rule; several mention alcohol-free beer, highballs and wine on the list.

You climb stairs to get in. Eleven posts describe going up to the second floor, one warning readers to mind the steps. The entrance is an old stairwell above a shooting range, and one writer walked past several times before realising the bar was upstairs.
We don't know whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in. Eleven posts climbed stairs and one copied a note saying there is no lift, but nobody wrote about steps at the door or wheelchair access.
The toilet is outside the bar, half a flight down the stairs. One post describes a unisex room with a hard-to-find lock and a sink that leaked onto the floor and wet their trousers; a Christmas Eve 2025 visitor only said the toilet was a letdown. No other post mentions it.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post reports queuing. One couple booked for Christmas Eve 2025 and walked straight in, and another walked in around 8 pm without a reservation and found a table. The two-hour limit when people are waiting is copied from the menu. That doesn't mean there's never a wait — just that no one wrote about one.
- Opening hours have changed. A May 2025 post listed Tue-Fri 18:00-24:00, weekends 17:00-02:00 and Mondays closed, and a September 2025 footer said 17:00-01:00; seventeen posts from December 2025 on give daily 17:00-02:00. Two June 2026 posts add that it sometimes closes on Mondays or Tuesdays.
- Prices have crept up: brie en croûte went from 16,000 won (December 2025) to 17,000 (June 2026), and the dried-persimmon roll from 15,000 to 16,000. One guest actually paid 30,000 won corkage per bottle of wine, though two mid-2026 posts still copy an older 20,000 (wine) / 40,000 (whisky). Only one post totals its bill: 109,000 won for three. Four posts call prices fair, one found the beer expensive. Several give the phone number 0507-1397-1596 and say bookings go through Catch Table.
- Opinions differ on size: three posts call it roomy for Euljiro, two say it isn't large and seats are limited.
- Twelve posts between 19 June and 1 July 2026 share the same intro wording, info block and running order. Only two of them disclose sponsorship or free service, as does a similar July post tagged #sponsored; the rest say nothing. Three summer posts mention a Christmas tree still standing, though none called it out of season.
