Gimsukseong Euljiro-yeok-jeom
김숙성 을지로역점 Kim Sukseong reads like a person's name — the surname Kim plus sukseong, 'aging' — for a chain that serves dry- and wet-aged pork; this is its Euljiro Station branch.
Compiled from 24 blog posts read in fullSources →
Kim Sukseong Euljiro Station is an aged-pork barbecue house right by exit 8 of Euljiro 3-ga Station (46-1 Chungmu-ro), opened in September 2026 as one branch of the Kim Sukseong chain. Every table has a grill and staff cook the meat start to finish. The most-ordered item is Special 2 (550 g: two portions of 2 cm-thick pork neck plus 250 g of an aged cut), ordered in 18 posts and mostly listed at ₩59,000; doenjang sulbap (₩12,000), spicy crab rice (₩9,000) and fruit-topped highballs are the usual companions. We read 30 posts from 21 September to 14 October 2026; 24 of them describe an actual visit. All were written within about a month of opening, and many are promotional pieces repeating the same copy.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- Staff do all the grilling — 23 of the 24 visit posts say so. Several describe the routine: aged kimchi and minari go on the low end of the grill as the meat finishes, and the cooked pieces are laid on top of the grilled minari. One post says staff advised cooking the kkodeulsal well done.
- Ordering is by phone: six posts tapped an NFC tag or scanned a QR code at the table or on the wall. One adds that when it isn't busy you can also just tell the owner.
- It is right at the station: 17 posts say you see it the moment you leave exit 8 of Euljiro 3-ga Station ('ten seconds', 'five steps'); one says it is visible from the stairs. A single post gave exit 9 and three to four minutes instead.
- No post calls it expensive; seven say the price is fair, and three show the arithmetic: five people sharing two Special 1 sets (1,600 g) came to just over ₩30,000 each; two people with Special 2, kimchi stew and highballs spent about ₩70,000; two with Special 2 and two highballs, about ₩80,000.
1 more
- The free side dishes are generous: post after post lists spicy marinated crab, green-onion kimchi, cabbage kimchi, minari salad and lettuce, and some got tteokbokki too. Four posts were also given corn cheese on the house.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
It is right at the station: 17 posts say you see it the moment you leave exit 8 of Euljiro 3-ga Station ('ten seconds', 'five steps'); one says it is visible from the stairs. A single post gave exit 9 and three to four minutes instead.
Getting inside
| Step-free access | 1 of 24 posts |
|---|---|
| Toilet inside | 5 of 24 posts |
No one described the floor from experience; the '1st floor' in the address is the registered listing.
Nobody mentioned a step or a ramp at the entrance. One family post kept a stroller beside the table. 'Wheelchair-accessible seating' appears only as copied listing text, so we don't rely on it.
The toilet is inside the restaurant — five posts say so; one writer assumed there wasn't one, asked, and was pointed to the back. Nobody said whether it is split by gender or how big it is.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 6 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-10-07 | 2 posts in one day |
|---|
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Whether there is outdoor seating is unclear. One post says they ate at an outside table, one says 'it isn't a street-side place', and seven only say the open front makes it feel like one.
- One post came with a baby and found no high chair, so the baby stayed in the stroller.
- Only one post waited — on a Wednesday around 7 pm. Others say the room filled up quickly in the evening, and one noticed round stools out front for people waiting. Three posts booked ahead.
- Company: five posts went with friends, three as a couple, two with family, one as a group of five. Many say it would suit a work dinner, but none describe one.
- Opening hours are copied differently from post to post. Among visit posts, nine give Sun–Thu 12:00–23:00 and Fri–Sat 12:00–05:00; seven give midnight closing Sun–Wed (or Sun–Thu) with Fri–Sat to 05:00; four repeat the promo copy 'daily 11:30–23:00'; one splits weekdays and weekends. Two posts that read the sign out front saw 23:00, one adding 5 am on Fridays and Saturdays. The late Friday–Saturday close is consistent; check the weekday closing time and whether it opens at 11:30 or 12:00.
- Prices mostly agree, with two splits: Special 2 is ₩59,000 in most posts but ₩56,000 in two (28 Sep and 3 Oct 2026), and the grapefruit highball is ₩9,000 in most but ₩8,500 in two. They overlap in time, so we can't tell a price change from a copying error.
- Thirteen posts list the phone number as 0507-1393-3054; one gives 070-8670-1360. Bookings are said to go through Naver Booking or Catch Table, with groups over ten or private hire arranged by phone.
- Eight of the 30 posts follow the same template in the same order (exit 8, staff grilling, 4-day dry plus 16-day wet aging, three sauces, free corkage, daily 11:30–23:00); six of those describe nothing eaten and are not counted. Only one discloses a sponsored visit, but many share identical titles and hashtags. '20-day cross-aging', the Handon certification, pets allowed and free corkage are the house's own claims, repeated by bloggers; we don't count them.
