Buganae Eolkeuni Sinchon-jeom
부가네얼큰이 신촌점 Bugane means 'the Bu family's place' (Bu is a surname rooted in Jeju), and eolkeuni is a playful word for something fiery and spicy.
Compiled from 6 blog posts read in fullSources →
An evening drinking spot in Sinchon's eat-street (Yeonsei-ro 9-gil 22) serving Jeju-style spicy chicken wings and chicken feet. The signature is a flame-grilled wing platter, marinated-spicy or salt, at 25,000 won for two; many diners add a tuna-mayo rice ball (4,000 won) or rolled omelette (5,000 won) to cool down. Ordering is by QR code, and posts say draft beer is 2,000 won from 5 to 7 pm. The shop moved here from Mapo (by the Gyeongui Line Forest Park) around July 2026. We read 9 posts from 24 July to 11 October 2026; 6 of them were actual visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- It is hot. Five of the six visit posts said so: one asked for a milder version and still found it fiery, another watched companions eat with runny noses and sweat on their lips, and one compared it to Buldak noodles. One post was told no capsaicin is used, but that is the shop's word, so we did not count it.
- Bean-sprout soup comes to the table by default; four visit posts mentioned it. One also got puffed-rice snacks, and another was served barley tea.
- Two posts said you order through a QR code on the table. One added that wings and feet come in two-person portions, with single portions available as add-ons.
- Three visit posts brought up draft beer, all noting the 2,000-won price from 5 to 7 pm; one walked in at 6:50 pm and ordered beer before anything else.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
No visitor said which floor it is on; only the address says ground floor, and one post mentioned folding doors left open to the street.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether wheelchairs or strollers fit. One post copied the listing's 'wheelchair seating available', but that is the shop's own listing, so we did not count it.
We don't know whether the restroom is inside or split by gender; one post only said its writer's calligraphy hangs in there.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 8 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The shop moved from Mapo (Gyeongui Line Forest Park) to Sinchon around July 2026. One post says the Bugane that used to be by the forest park reopened here; two others say they were told it relocated from the Mapo branch. Every post we read is from after the move. The Geumcheon Siheung branch, which a different post says closed, is a separate shop.
- No one described the walk from the station; 'six minutes from Sinchon Station exit 2' appears only in copied info lines. Two posts said it is easy to find inside the eat-street.
- We know little about waiting: one post said there was no wait on a Wednesday night, and nobody wrote about weekends or the 5–7 pm rush. That is an absence of reports, not proof there's no line. No post said whether reservations are taken.
- Three posts said who they came with, and all three came with friends. None came alone, with family or with children, so we can't say how it suits those visits.
- Four visit posts give the same hours, 5 pm to 1:30 am daily with last order at 12:50 am, but all four copied them from the listing. No post mentions a closing day. One post said the wings are limited in number.
- Prices come from menus photographed in Sep–Oct 2026; no post gave a per-person total. One writer felt the 5,000-won egg dish was a bit small for the price, and another said the wings were large and generous.
- Three posts list the phone number 0507-1402-1094. No one booked a table by phone, though one post phoned ahead to order takeout and picked it up.
- One post (July 2026) was written by the calligrapher the owner hired to letter the menu. It says the meal was self-paid, but the writer has a tie to the shop.
