Mood Seoul is a floating Western restaurant and wine bar on the first and second floors of Solbit Island, one of the Some Sevit islands in Banpo Hangang Park. Downstairs it serves steak, pasta and seafood à la carte or as courses; upstairs is described as a wine bar with live jazz in the evenings. We read 19 posts dated December 2024 to October 2026; 9 of them describe an actual visit. Five of those nine went as a couple and seven had booked. Prices are rarely given: a 99,000-won seafood platter, a 35,000-won free-flow wine option upstairs, and a 149,000-won fireworks-night course are all we have.

What sets it apart
- This is a book-ahead place. Seven of the nine visit posts say they reserved, mostly through CatchTable; one notes CatchTable lets you pick a seat while Naver booking does not. The one walk-in waited a little before being seated and urged booking for weekend evenings.
- Four posts watched a show on the second floor: two saw the Gold Sisters and one the jazz band RichPY, and two say the performers read out birthdays and anniversaries submitted in advance. Two posts note the second floor was closed to regular bookings for a wine pop-up in mid-September to early October.
- Seven posts describe eating with the river in view through floor-to-ceiling glass. But one says that after dark the room lights reflected in the windows, another mentions reflections and smudges on the glass, and one seated at the window bar felt the glass blocked the view. One writer suggests booking about an hour before sunset.
- Two posts brought their own birthday cake and lit candles; one says staff allowed eating it there and would bring plates on request.

Drivers mostly found parking fine: one walked about five minutes from Banpo Lot 2, another found ample space. But one couple visiting on a Jamsu Bridge festival day in autumn 2026 was told hours beforehand that parking was unavailable and walked about 20 minutes from a public lot. The 'three hours free in Lot 2' line is copied information, not counted.

No one wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — that means unknown, not absent. One post took a lift to the second floor; another used the stairs.
One post says the toilets are up the stairs to the right of the entrance. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in copied information, not in anyone's account.

Of the 13 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Service is split two to two: two posts found staff friendly (one sommelier poured a free glass of rosé), two found the tone or service disappointing.
- Opinions on price differ: three posts called the courses or wine pairing good value, one said the food isn't cheap. Almost no à la carte prices were recorded, so we can't state a typical meal cost.
- Only the one walk-in post mentions waiting, saying just 'a little' — we don't know how long.
- One post went by subway: out of Express Bus Terminal exit G2 and a long walk through the underpass to the park, with a tip to wear sneakers. No one wrote about taking a bus.
- Opening hours differ between posts, all copied rather than observed. Three say the first floor opens at 17:00 on weekdays and 12:00 on weekends; one gives Tuesday–Sunday 11:30–22:00 with a 15:00–17:00 break. Weekend closing is listed as 22:00 or 23:00. The second floor is listed separately as 19:00–23:50, closed Monday to Wednesday. Three posts agree it is closed on Mondays.
