Dim Dim Sum Central City is a Hong Kong-style dim sum house on the mezzanine of Famille Station, beside the Honam-line bus drop-off at the Express Bus Terminal (posts call it the '2nd floor' or 'M1'). Baskets run 6,500–7,500 won, the two-person Set A is 49,000 won, and you order by QR code at the table and share. Bills we saw: 52,500 won for three, 28,500 and 56,500 won for two. We read 30 posts from 24 March to 14 October 2026; four were about other restaurants in the same building and were set aside, leaving 24 first-hand visits.

What sets it apart
- Expect to wait. Fifteen posts waited and four walked straight in. The waits they recorded were 10, 20, 20, 20, 20–30 and 30 minutes — 30 on a Friday at 6 pm, 20 at noon on a public holiday and at 1 pm on a Saturday. Several arrived at opening, sat at once and found a long line on the way out; one arriving at 11:30 already had a party ahead. The no-wait visits included a Tuesday at 6:30 pm and a Chuseok holiday lunch.

No one mentioned a step at the entrance, wheelchair or stroller access, or an elevator — that means we don't know, not that there is none. The only route posts describe is an escalator.

Of the 26 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Three posts found things too salty — the eggplant dim sum's sauce and both lo mein dishes, one so salty the writer ordered rice to go with it. One post found the seasoning mild.
- Posts disagree on size: two found it larger than expected with many tables, one found it smaller than expected. One lists two-, four- and six-person tables; one mentions a private room.
- Reservations and queueing are reported inconsistently: two posts joined the queue on CatchTable and one on Now Waiting, while another says neither reservations nor CatchTable queueing are possible and recommends phoning ahead to ask about the wait. Five posts copy the phone number 0507-1347-1722.
- Thirteen posts give the same opening hours, 11:00–21:20 daily, mostly copied from listings. Last orders moved from 20:30 in two March–April 2026 posts to 20:40 in five posts from August to October. One post says there is no afternoon break.
- Prices mostly agree, with a few splits: har gow at 7,500 won in three posts and 7,000 in one; eggplant dim sum at 5,600 won in a single March 2026 post and 7,000 in every later one; Set B at 72,000 or 79,000 won. Two posts found it fair value, one found the bill climbs quickly for a group. One got 2,000 won off for adding the shop on KakaoTalk.
- One March 2026 post had heard the shop reopened after a renovation on 18 March; no post says what changed. One regular also notes that Set A's rice course, once swappable for beef noodle soup, is now fixed as char siu rice.
