A large seafood restaurant facing the sea on the Yongdam coastal road near Jeju airport, at Seohaean-ro 498. It opens at 8 am and serves meals such as abalone porridge (12,000 won), sea urchin noodles (12,000 won) and cold raw-fish soups (15,000-20,000 won), plus raw fish such as mackerel (30,000 won). Meal orders come with a free whole grilled mackerel, and you fry your own eggs at a self-serve station. Most posts describe a meal right after landing or just before flying out. We read 27 posts from November 2024 to October 2026; 26 of them record an actual meal.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- Eleven posts call the room big. Long rows of tables made one writer think of a highway rest stop and another of a company cafeteria, and several mention tour groups and coach parties. Posts that came between 2 and 5 pm found it quiet.
- Five posts say you refill side dishes yourself at a self-serve counter. More than half of the visit posts mention the self-serve fried eggs and the free whole mackerel. Two posts, however, say meals are only taken from 8 am to 3 pm, and one family that came around 5 pm found out on arrival that neither the mackerel nor the eggs were available.
- Two posts complain that the standard seats are backless plastic stools; another simply likened them to street-stall chairs.
- Four posts call it good value and none call it expensive. On the 2026 menu, meals run 12,000-15,000 won, raw fish 20,000-30,000 won and braised dishes 48,000-50,000 won.

Parking
6 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Six posts describe parking from experience, all in the large lot beside the building or on the coastal road out front; one says it fits several coaches.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
The registered address says basement level 1, yet every check-in in the posts says ground floor. No one described stairs or floors, so we can't say which is right. The coffee shop on the second floor of the building is a separate business.
No one wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller; 'wheelchair' appears only in copied amenity lists. That means nobody reported it, not that access is missing.
No post says where the toilet is; 'separate men's and women's toilets' appears only in copied info lists.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 24 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions split on seasoning: three posts found it not salty, two found it too salty, singling out the sea cucumber, the grilled mackerel and the sea-snail seaweed soup.
- One post saw 'one dish per person required' on the menu; a December 2025 post says the owner let two people share a single order when asked.
- Opening hours are written differently from post to post: 8 am-7 pm in seven, 8 am-3:30 pm in three (all copied listings), and one writer who phoned was told orders close at 3 pm with closing at 4. Two 2026 posts ate around 5 pm, so it has been open in the evening on some days. A November 2024 writer was told it had shut early because of tour groups. Call before you go.
- Nine posts give the phone number 064-743-0733; one gives 0507-1398-0733. Naver booking appears only in copied info lists; no one wrote that they booked.
- Nobody wrote about waiting. Four posts say there was no wait, but all came between 2 and 5 pm or near closing; no one reported on the lunch peak.
- No one described getting there by bus. Three posts came by rental car; others walked from nearby lodging or took a taxi.
- Company: six posts came with family, four alone, two in groups and one with a friend. Solo diners said a single order still came with plenty of sides and they felt comfortable eating alone. Three posts saw high chairs.
