Heonimun Hauseu
허니문하우스 Honeymoon House is the old name of the seaside lodging here — later the Paradise Hotel — that Korean newlyweds visited in the 1970s and 80s; the cafe now occupies part of those buildings.

A seaside cafe on Chilsimni-ro in Seogwipo, set in part of the old Honeymoon House / Paradise Hotel buildings. Prices posted: iced americano 7,500 won, hallabong ade 10,000 won, BLT ciabatta 16,000 won, gorgonzola pizza 27,000 won. Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- The sea-facing window seats go first. Of five posts that mention window seats, three found the ocean-view ones already taken — on a weekend afternoon, on a rainy March morning, and in August, when a single seat happened to free up. One suggested grabbing a seat before ordering at the kiosk.
- There is an outdoor terrace, but it depends on the weather. Ten posts mention it, and four ended up indoors: shivering in mid-October, rain on another day, wet outdoor tables after rain in March, and August heat.
- Five posts call it expensive. One called the 10,000-won hallabong ade the priciest drink they had in Jeju; another found 7,500 won for an americano startling. Three still felt the view and grounds justified it. One family of three adults and a child paid 82,500 won for three drinks, two sandwiches and a pizza.
- Ordering is at a kiosk by the entrance. Three posts mention it; one said it is kiosk-only and you get a KakaoTalk message when your drink is ready. Two noted that paying with Korean Air miles has to be arranged at the counter.

- Nine posts describe the interior as large — tiled floors, wooden tables from four-seaters to big family tables, generous spacing. One said it was very cool inside in August.

Parking

You park and walk in. Ten posts describe parking and walking to the cafe; six of them call the lot large. One counted about three lots and said the first, by the entrance, has no shade and is the farthest; another pointed people with mobility trouble to the upper lot. One more noted a small lot right by the cafe that they had walked past.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| Toilet inside | 1 of 16 posts |
|---|---|
| Separate restrooms | 1 of 16 posts |
No post says which floor the cafe is on or whether it has more than one level; the "1F" in the address is copied, not observed.
No post describes getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. One said you climb stairs at the end of the path and suggested the upper lot for those who find walking hard; we don't know whether a step-free route exists.
Only one post says the restroom is inside the cafe with separate signage; others called it clean without saying where it is.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 24 posts we gathered, 8 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post describes getting here by bus. Some walked over from Sojeongbang Falls or Olle Trail 6, but nobody wrote about the route from a bus stop.
- No post mentions queuing. Two said it was crowded — busy even right at opening, and full inside around noon. That means nobody wrote about a wait, not that there isn't one.
- One post said dog owners can take a side path to the outdoor terrace. Nobody said whether dogs are allowed inside; another post only advised checking the rules beforehand.
- Five posts give the same hours — daily 10:00–18:30, last order 18:00, no closing day — but all copied them from an info block; nobody confirmed holiday hours.
- Prices come from just four posts between March and October 2026, with no sign of change. Apart from a 30,000-won patbingsu, nobody gave dessert or cake prices.
- Four posts list the phone number 070-4277-9922, and one called it after getting lost on the way. Nobody mentioned reservations.
