Helseukeeo Chainataun
헬스케어 차이나타운 The name joins 'Healthcare', for the nearby Jeju Healthcare Town district, with 'Chinatown'; one post notes Seogwipo has another Chinatown near Olle Market, and this one is the Healthcare Town branch.

A large Chinese restaurant on a hillside on Donghong-ro in Topyeong-dong, Seogwipo, opposite Namju High School. People come for black-bean noodles (7,000 won) and beef or oyster jjamppong (11,000 won); per-person set courses from 30,000 won and private rooms also make it a choice for family gatherings and group meals. We read 21 posts from December 2024 to October 2026; 17 describe an actual meal. The other four are two Lunar New Year opening lists from Seogwipo City and two multi-restaurant roundups.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Seven posts mention private rooms. One says a room seats more than 30; another blamed a slow kitchen that day on a group in one of the rooms. One post describes taking the family here to introduce a fiancé.
- Three posts say the windows look out to sea, including one that went on a rainy afternoon at four and still enjoyed the view.
- Six posts describe the dining room as large, with big round tables and old Chinese-style furniture. Two call it clean; one watched a staff member cleaning every corner.
- Six posts went with family, three with friends, two with a group of coworkers, one with a husband. Three brought children, and one of them sat two babies in high chairs.
2 more
- Four posts call the portions large; one said the beef jjamppong was half noodles, half brisket.
- Three posts call the sweet-and-sour pork crisp; two mention a citrusy sauce with yuja or lemon.

Parking
7 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.
| Posts saying you can park | 7 of 17 posts |

Of nine posts that touch on parking, seven parked there themselves, noting it was easy and right below the restaurant. Three say the lot looks out over the sea toward Beomseom and Seopseom islets. Space counts (6 to 7, or 10 cars) appear only in copied info boxes and a list, so we did not count them.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
No post says which floor the dining room is on or whether there are stairs. We do not know.
No post mentions a step at the entrance or going in with a wheelchair or stroller; one post went with babies but says nothing about a stroller.
No post says whether the restroom is inside. One post's info box lists separate men's and women's restrooms, but it reads as copied information, so we did not count it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 21 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Two posts could not get black-bean noodles right away: a first customer at the 10 a.m. opening in March 2025 had to wait for the sauce, and a last customer near closing in September 2025 was told it had run out.
- One post waited about 30 minutes for food (lunch, October 2025, with a group in a private room). No other post said the food was slow.
- No post describes queuing. One found it quiet at 3 p.m. on a weekend, and two were first in the door at 11:20 and 10:00. One post warns there may be a wait at lunch but does not say it waited. That is not proof there is no wait; nobody wrote about the lunch peak.
- Two posts found dishes spicy (the brisket jjamppong, and the yusanseul). Another post called the same yusanseul mild, and one asked for the red oyster jjamppong less spicy and found it bland.
- A January 2026 post says the brisket jjamppong was switched to a different beef, but another post the same day still found brisket in it and a March 2026 post still called it brisket jjamppong. We could not tell whether the meat actually changed.
- Ten posts give opening hours of 10:00 to 21:00, with no disagreement; last order is 20:40 in five posts and 20:45 in one. Most copied these into an info box. One post found no afternoon break when visiting at 3 p.m. on a weekend, and two list no closing day.
- No post called it expensive; two said it was good value, and one found the soft drinks pricey. Menu prices come from posts between September 2025 and September 2026, with nothing earlier to compare.
- Several posts give the same phone number, 064-733-2111. No post says it made a reservation; two only suggest booking ahead for larger groups.
- No post arrived by bus. One calls the location a bit remote from downtown Seogwipo and not easy to reach; another saw local students arriving by taxi. Most visitors drove.
