Fritz Jeju Seongsan is a branch of the Seoul specialty coffee brand Fritz, right on the shore facing Seongsan Ilchulbong at 222 Ilchul-ro. It occupies a converted old restaurant building, with an upstairs and rooftop area reached by stairs, and sells coffee, pastries, beans and seal-mascot goods. Reported prices: americano 5,700 won (three posts), latte 6,200 won, vanilla latte and cold brew latte 6,500 won. Several writers walked down steps from the front yard to a small beach. What sets it apart
- The window seats are the point of this place: eleven posts describe Seongsan Ilchulbong and the sea through the big windows. They fill fast. One writer who came around the 8 a.m. opening still struggled to find a window seat; another sat elsewhere on a weekday and moved when a window table freed up. Two posts note the sofa seats on the far side are easier to get but have no view, and one says the morning sun at the windows is harsh.

There is a lot, but it fills up. Ten posts describe parking from experience. Three arrived to find the lot already full, and one parked in a free space next door. One called the lot fairly large but too small for the crowds; another said parking had been hard every time since opening and only worked this time because a car was leaving. On the other hand, a writer who came around 3 p.m. had no trouble. The advice to use a nearby public lot when full is copied from info blocks.

Six posts say you can climb stairs to an upper level — effectively a rooftop on a single-storey building (three call it a rooftop, two a terrace). It has the clearest view of Ilchulbong, and one writer found it empty and quiet. Others warn the sun is strong, the seats are basic, and it will be hard to sit up there once the wind picks up.
No post mentions a basement; writers describe only the ground floor and the stair-access upper level.
No one wrote about a step at the entrance, wheelchair or stroller access, or an elevator — that means unknown, not absent. The upper level is reached by stairs.
Three posts place the restrooms inside, by the stairs to the upper level. One says they are separate for men and women and clean; another notes a drinking fountain outside them. The 'separate restrooms' line in other posts is copied from amenity lists.

Of the 24 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The wait is for the order line and for seats. Two posts describe a long line to order; none gives a time. Pastries sell out early: two writers who came around 3 p.m. found the cases nearly empty, and one found the nutty bean sold out.
- No post describes getting here by bus. One writer came by bicycle and one walked from the Gwangchigi Beach car park; everyone else drove.
- Twelve posts list hours; eleven say 8:00 to 19:00 daily and one says a 9:00 opening. All are copied from info blocks or the official site, and none mentions a closing day or break. Two writers who came around 8 a.m. found it already busy.
- Four posts give prices, one of them as a menu listing rather than an order. Opinions on value split: one found it pricier than chains but cheaper than upscale independents, another thought it good value given the view.
