Ten posts describe going downstairs to eat. Several mention a painted map of Jeju neighbourhoods on the stairwell wall. One writer expected a basement to feel stuffy but found no food smell; another found it a little warm and blamed the basement.
Three posts mention walking down stairs from the entrance, but nobody says whether there is a lift or ramp, or whether a pushchair or wheelchair can get in. That is unknown, not a confirmed no.

- The set changed several times in a short span. August 2026 posts list three side dishes; September posts list six plus grilled mackerel; October posts list nine. The mackerel in three September posts is absent from October posts, but nobody says it was dropped. One post says meals no longer come on individual trays, while another October post still describes a tray.
- Posts split on fishiness: one found the deboned braise slightly fishy, two found no fishy taste.
- Opening hours are most often given as 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. with last orders at 7:30, but mostly copied from listing blocks. One post says it opens at 9:30, one quotes search results of 10 a.m. to 7:20 p.m., and one gives last orders at 7:20. One writer saw a party turned away at around 7:30 p.m.
