Chinbong Sanjang is a large log-lodge café at 417 Hasinsang-ro, Sanghyo-dong, in the wooded hills above Seogwipo. A real wood-burning stone fireplace sits in the middle of the hall, with a hat workshop and racks of western clothes and boots to one side. The signature drinks are torched-sugar 'roasted coffee' (9,000 won) and 'roasted milk' (8,000 won for chocolate); there is also Irish coffee (10,000 won), beer, and food such as tteokbokki, pizza (25,000 won) and hot dogs. Four posts describe a second-floor outdoor deck, reached by outside stairs, with a view of Hallasan; seven mention outdoor seating overall. A June visitor noted it has no shade, a parent with a baby regretted not eating up there, and one post climbed a spiral staircase at the owner's suggestion.
No post says what level the main hall is on or mentions a basement; the second floor is described only as reached by outside stairs.
Nobody mentions whether the entrance has a step. One family brought a baby trike inside to use as a high chair; the second floor is described only via stairs, and no one mentions a lift.

What we do not know
- No post arrived by bus or transit; three drove, and one warns the café sits back from the road so you should watch for signs. That doesn't mean transit is impossible, only that no one wrote about it.
- Only one post addresses waiting: four people walked straight in around 2 p.m. on a July Sunday. We don't know whether there are busy periods.
- Company varies: five posts went with family (four with children), four with friends, one alone. One parent noted there are no high chairs and brought their own; staff warmed the baby food.
- Eleven posts list opening hours; ten agree on 11:00–21:00, last order 20:00, open daily. Nearly all are copied info blocks, and one August post says it opens at 10:00.
- Three posts list the phone number 0507-1442-5456. No one says whether reservations are taken.
- Two posts say, from their own searching, that the café used to be near Songdang in Gujwa-eup before moving to Seogwipo. That is hearsay and predates every post we read, so we didn't count it; a July post that places it in Gujwa appears to repeat the old information.
- We excluded four template posts from one blog (same table, coupon links, and 'makes no claims' wording) and two AI-written lists. One of those lists gives the wrong address, and the other says the café is about ten minutes from Darangshi Oreum, though it is actually in Seogwipo.
