La Seine is the buffet restaurant on the 6th floor of the main building at Lotte Hotel Jeju in the Jungmun resort area of Seogwipo. It serves breakfast (07:00-10:30), brunch (12:00-14:00) and dinner (18:00-21:30); many posts agree that breakfast lists at 85,000 won for adults (72,250 won for hotel guests), and one August 2026 diner paid a listed 165,000 won for dinner. Cold dishes sit on one side of the entrance, hot dishes on the other and bakery and desserts in the middle, so several diners say there is a lot of walking back and forth depending on where you sit. We read 30 posts from April to October 2026; 11 of them (August to October 2026) describe actually eating here. The rest are hotel guides, booking-affiliate posts or lists with a one-line mention, and 4 were set aside as not being about this restaurant.

What sets it apart
- Four diners say they booked: one reserved the Chuseok special brunch in advance, one booked the 6 pm weekday dinner opening while checking in, one booked the August special brunch, and one notes that switching breakfast to brunch has to be arranged by phone beforehand. A hotel message quoted in one post says the restaurants run on reservations.
- Three diners ate at a discount: 30% off the Chuseok special brunch with a Samsung Card (two glasses of wine came with the promotion), 40% off a weekday dinner for the pregnant diner herself (a physical maternity record book is required), and a pregnancy discount on one diner's own share at brunch. One post saw a sign at the entrance offering hotel guests 15% off breakfast and 10% off brunch and dinner.
- Three diners arrived without a car. One took the 601 bus from the airport (50 minutes, 4,500 won), which stops right in front of the hotel lobby; two note that the 600 stops out on the main road while the 601 comes up to the front entrance. One post says that from the 8th-floor lobby you take the elevator down to the 6th floor and La Seine is on the right.
- Three posts came with family (two with their mother, one with parents, husband and brother), two with a spouse and one with a friend. One guest spent almost two hours here with her mother on a weekend; another came back for a second visit on the last day of her mother's 60th-birthday trip.

Parking is in the hotel's underground garage. One guest who parked there says it does not connect directly to the lobby; you go up by elevator or stairs and walk outside to get in. The '6 hours free for restaurant guests' and '20,000 won valet' lines are copied from a hotel notice, so we did not rely on them.

La Seine is on the 6th floor of the main building. Because the hotel sits on a cliff, the lobby is on the 8th floor, so you go two floors down. One diner wrote about taking the elevator down. Nobody mentioned a basement or a second floor.
No one wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That doesn't mean there's a problem; we simply don't know.
No one mentioned whether the restrooms are inside the restaurant or whether they are separated by gender.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Prices here are list prices; hotel-guest discounts, card promotions and room packages change them a lot. On switching breakfast to brunch the posts split one to one: a July 2026 guest paid 20,000 won extra per person, another says the two cost the same. Two diners call it expensive, one noting breakfast in the 80,000-won range is steep even for a luxury hotel.
- Only one diner wrote about waiting: arriving right at the noon brunch opening, there were already people waiting. Figures such as an 18-minute wait for weekend breakfast at 8 am appear only in two word-for-word identical comparison posts, so we did not count them.
- Two posts give the hours as 07:00-21:30 with breaks from 10:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00; one copied Naver listing says it opens at 07:30. Only one copied listing says it is open every day.
- Two phone numbers appear: three posts give 064-731-4266, and two give 064-731-4265 as the reservations line. We couldn't tell which one currently takes bookings.
- About half of the posts mentioning La Seine are hotel-booking affiliate pieces: several guides carry booking-site links, two comparison posts are identical down to their twelve hashtags, and one 'family trip' post reuses another guide's phrasing. Lines in them such as 'people say the steak is excellent' are borrowed, so we did not count them.
